CONNECTPRO V2 Receptacle and Plug Combo

Warnings

4. 3 Pin Starter cable plug is NOT waterproof.
5. Check regularly for signs of wear and tear, discontinue use immediately if damaged. Dispose of accordingly.
6. Individual LED bulbs cannot be replaced.

8. If you are installing a large display, we recommend using a weather repellent spray in all connections to reduce the likelihood of electrical trips and to eliminate human error. Q20 is available to purchase from Festive Lights Ltd. Please retain this information for future reference.

In the interest of the safe and proper use of this product, please read these instructions carefully and retain them for future reference.

General

1. Part of our 240V connectable system, this product should only be used in conjunction with one of our ConnectPro starter cables.
2. All products in this range come with weatherproof, 2 pin connectors, which will connect seamlessly with all products within this 240V ConnectPro range.
3. Check the power rating label for maximum LED quantity and power consumption of this product, and do not exceed this maximum number.
4. Products in this 240V range are manufactured to IP65 standards, allowing indoor and outdoor use. 5. Suitable for commercial use, this high quality connectable system uses durable rubber cabling, and innovative bulb sealing technology, meaning these lights are built to withstand changeable weather conditions and prolonged outdoor use.

Before you start

1. Check the product for any damage or defects before connecting to an electricity supply, check all water seals (rubber “o” rings) are in place.
2. Before installation, test all products are working correctly. (Festive Lights Ltd will not cover any costs related to pre/reinstallation).
3. This product MUST NOT BE MODIFIED; if any modification is made i.e., cutting/ extending lead wires, or using a different power source than supplied, the warranty will be invalidated and may render the product unsafe.
4. Make sure you connect the power supply to a standard 230V socket, do NOT switch on until all connections are secure.
5. Carefully position cables to avoid causing a ‘tripping’ hazard.

Remove the safety cap from product(s)

Connect starter cable to first product/ accessory

Continue connecting required lights/ accessories

Secure end screw cap to finish light chain

Installation & storage

1. Always plug the power source/starter cable indoors or in a suitable weatherproof socket to ensure a safe connection.
2. Avoid using sharp-edged tools or mounting accessories (e.g., metal wires) to hang or fasten any part of your system.
3. The LED bulbs used are designed for long life and are  non-replaceable. Do not attempt to repair or replace them.
4. Before Installing, it is recommended that you test all your lights together and check all connections are secure. S. Make sure you connect the power supply to a regular 230V socket, but do not switch on until all connections are complete. Please note: The festoon light strings must always be supported using a catenary wire cable.

Instructions for timer controller (MV091)

1. Press the button on the controller once to turn the lights on.
2. Press twice and the button will turn green, indicating the 6hour timer is on (6 hours on/78 hours off).
3. Press three times and the button will turn red, indicating the 8hour timer is on (8 hours on/16 hours off). 4. Press the button four times to turn the lights off.

Please note: The timer controller will  only power up to a maximum wattage of250W, See table for the maximum number of meters the controller can power for each range. Do not exceed this maximum number
