Description and use
This automatic or manual hand dryer is designed to dry hands quickly and offer a high level of performance. The unit has an aluminium cover, to prevent damage, which can only be opened with a key and incorporates special protection devices. The outlet nozzle can be oriented at 360° and has internal protection grille.
These features make the unit ideal for use in public areas.
Automatic versions (Metal Dry Automatic, Metal Dry Ultra A and Metal Dry Super) come with an infrared sensor which must be protected from direct sunlight and from intense lighting, particularly when installed outdoors (e.g. camping grounds, building yards, swimming pools, etc)

  • Install the unit following these instructions (fig. 3).

    • On automatic versions, if you want to adjust the sensitivity of the optical sensors (fig. 24-25), you can adjust the trimmer as required. On manual versions you can adjust the trimmer (fig. 26) to vary drying time

Note:

  • If the unit overheats, the power supply will automatically cut out, and will only be restored when the temperature drops back to normal levels. If this first cut-off device malfunctions, a second protection device will cut in and turn off the power.
