SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not use the appliance if either it or its power lead are faulty, if it has been dropped and is visibly damaged or malfunctions. In this case, the appliance must be sent to an Authorised Service Centre.
- If the power lead is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the Authorised Service Centre or a similarly qualified person, for your safety. Never dismantle the appliance yourself.
- This appliance is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacities or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised or have been given instructions beforehand concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- This device can be used by children provided that they are at least 8 years old, as well as by people lacking experience and knowledge or whose physical, sensorial or mental abilities are reduced, if they have been properly trained and duly informed of the incurred risks. You must not let children play with this appliance. Cleaning and maintenance of this appliance must not be carried out by children unless they are at least 8 years old and supervised by a responsible person. Keep the device and its cord away from children under 8 years old.
- Refer to the instructions for use in the cleaning and maintenance of your appliance.
- Read the instructions for use carefully before using your appliance for the first time and keep them in a safe place.
- The manufacturer shall accept no liability in the event of any use that does not comply with the instructions.
- Check that the network voltage is the same as the one shown on the appliance. Any connection error voids the guarantee.

- Use your appliance on a flat, clean and dry surface that is away from water.
- Never let long hair, a scarf or a tie hang above the appliance while it is in use.
- Disconnect your device as soon as you stop using it and whenever you clean it or place or remove any of its accessories.
- Do not turn on the appliance when it is empty.
- Any maintenance other than routine cleaning and upkeep by customers must be carried out at an authorised service centre.
- Never place the appliance, the power cord or the plug in water or any other liquid.
- The power cord must never be placed near or come into contact with the hot parts of the appliance, sources of heat or sharp corners.
- For your own safety, only use accessories and spare parts which are suitable for your appliance.

BEFORE FIRST USE
- Wash all accessories in warm water and washing up liquid. Rinse, and carefully dry them straight away.
- The perforated plate and the cutter must remain greased. Coat them with cooking oil.
- Do not switch on the appliance when it is empty or if the mincer plates are not greased.
ATTENTION : The blades of the cones are extremely sharp; handle the cones with great care.
USE: MEAT GRINDER HEAD
- Prepare the entire quantity of food to be minced, remove any bones, gristle and tendons. Cut the meat into pieces. (approx. 2 cm x 2 cm)
- Press the on/off button (3a) start the appliance (Fig.8).
Tip : At the end of operation, you can pass a few pieces of bread through the grinder in order to extract all the ground meat.
Notes:
- Only use your appliance for mincing raw meat. Do not mince cooked meat.
- Do not use your appliance for more than 3 minutes.
What should you do if the machine is clogged?

Stop the meat mincer by pushing the O/1 button (3a) and press button “R” for a few seconds to release meat.

Press the on/off button continue mincing.
USE: VEGETABLE CHOPPER
To shredd, press the on/off button (3a) . Useful tips for best results: The ingredients that you use must be firm to obtain satisfactory results and to avoid the accumulation of food in the compartment. Do not use the appliance to grate or cut food products that are too hard such as sugar cubes or pieces of meat.
COULIS ACCESSORY
Use :
Place a container under the juice groove (15a) to collect the juice and
another one at the end of the filter to collect any residues. If you wish to
make coulis or juice, using fresh fruits only is an imperative. According to
the season and to the quality of your fruits, we recommend to run the pulp
through the second time in order to extract the maximum amount of coulis or
juice

SAUSAGE ACCESSORY
N.B.: this accessory should only be used after having minced, seasoned and mixed the food. Put the sausage casing in warm water to make it elastic again, then place it on the funnel and let it overhang by around 5 cm (which you will seal by tying a knot with a clip). Turn on the appliance, fill up the mincer with mince and hold on to the casing in order for it to fill up properly.
N.B.: it is easier to carry out this task with two people – one person can fill up the mincer and the other person can take care of filling the casing. Make the sausages as long as you want by pinching and turning the casing. To prepare quality sausages, ensure there is no air in the casings when filling them and make 10-15 cm sausages (separate the sausages by placing a clip and tying a knot).
CLEANING
- Please always unplug the appliance from outlet before cleaning.
- Use a damp cloth to clean the surface of the appliance.
- Do not immerse the appliance in water
- The parts including meat mincer head (5), feed screw(8), fixing ring (13), Juice guide (15a), Holes filter for coulis(15b), screw*(15c) are NOT dishwasher safe.
