Outwell 651155 Delta Light Chain
Product Information
The product is a light chain with LED bulbs and a battery box. It comes in two models: Delta Light Chain (Model: 651155) and Gamma Light Chain (Model: 651156 / R520-5V-5-BAT). The light chain has 20 bulbs and a length of 285 cm. The cord length is 200 cm. The battery box requires 3 x AA batteries (not included). The product also includes a power button and a USB to DC power cable. The light source of the product is LED, which is not replaceable to maintain the product’s construction and longevity. The product is waterproof to IP44 standards.

Installation & Use
Use of the lamp:
- The light chain can be powered by the USB to DC power cable (4) or by the battery box with 3 x AA batteries (not included). To power the light chain with the battery box, insert 3 x AA batteries and connect the battery box to the light chain by inserting the DC male stick on the light chain to the DC female socket on the battery box. To power the light chain using the USB cable, disconnect the battery box, connect the USB to DC power cable (4) and connect the USB to a reliable power source
- When powered by the battery box, the light chain is switched on/off by using the power button. When powered by the USB cable, the light chain can be switched on/off by connecting & disconnecting the USB plug from the power source.
- The light chain can be hung by lashing it around a tent pole, a tree, a clothesline or similar.
- The light chain is water-resistant to IP44.
Cleaning & maintenance
Light chain can be cleaned with water or a damp rag. Do not use corrosive liquids to clean the lamp as this might damage the light chain.
Light Source: LED
Light source and control gear is not replaceable. This would introduce weak points in the construction, that could reduce the lifetime of the product.
Disassembly & Disposal
Instruction for removal of light source and control gear by market surveillance authorities:

Remove the light source from the bulbs by removing the tape from the cord and light bulb. Pull the
cord and light source in separate directions to remove the light bulb and access the light source. -
Cut needed wires to remove the required components for testing.
Instruction for disassembly of lamp for disposal of components
when lamp has reached the end of its usable life: See steps 1-2 above -
Remove batteries from the battery box (2), and dispose of the batteries according to local regulations.

Cut the wires in the battery box, and remove the circuit board from the battery box. Dispose of the circuit board & electric wires according to local regulations.

Dispose of polycarbonate and other plastic components according to local regulations.
