Repair your gear – from rips and tears to seam sealing. This lightweight kit includes essential repair supplies and is perfect for fixing camp gear when it fails. Bring it with you wherever go so you can keep the adventure going.

PERMANENT REPAIRS TO HOLES AND TEARS

1. Clean fabric with isopropyl alcohol to remove oils and dirt from the repair area.
2. Apply Seam Grip WP to cover the hole and spread (6 mm) beyond.
3. Allow to dry level overnight. To use immediately, apply a Tenacious Tape patch over the area.
4. For larger holes and tears, use a patch as backing then apply Seam Grip WP.
5. Remove the patch in a few days when the adhesive has fully cured.

LOCATE A HOLE IN A SLEEPING PAD

1. Inflate the pad and close the valve.
2. Fold the pad in half a couple of times to increase the air pressure inside the pad.
3. Go over the pad, section by section. Find the leak by applying soapy water in the general repair area.
4. Mark the precise hole location where you see air bubbles.
5. Open the valve and leave it open when repairing the hole.

REPAIR HOLES AND TEARS IN BUG MESH

1. Lay the damaged mesh area flat. Remove the backing Tenacious Tape Patch.
2. Apply a patch over the damaged mesh and press around the edges to secure it in place.
3. For added strength, apply a second patch to the reverse side.

PERMANENT REPAIRS TO LEAKING TENT SEAMS

1. Apply Seam Grip WP to the inside seam of the tent.
2. Brush under fabric folds and into stitching.
3. Allow adhesive to cure (8 to 12 hours) before packing the tent.

QUICK REPAIRS TO HOLES AND TEARS IN TENT WALLS

1. Make the tent wall taut by zipping closed the assembled tent.
2. Unzip a small area, just large enough for your hand to go through.
3. Remove the backing paper of Tenacious Tape patches and place the patch over the repair area.
4. Apply pressure to the patch with your fingers. Start at the center of the patch then work out to the edges.
5. Seam Grip+WP seam sealer, Content: applicator brush, MDI gloves

Tenacious tape

• 1 black nylon patch, self-adhesive
• light grey nylon ripstop patch, self-adhesive,
• clear PVC patch, self-adhesive, 2 tape mesh patches

IF INHALED: Remove the person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a doctor. Dispose of contents/containers to a licensed waste disposal facility.

Supplementary information
to diisocyanates may develop allergic reactions when using this product. Persons suffering from asthma, eczema or skin problems should avoid contact, including dermal contact, with this product. This product should not be used under conditions – of poor ventilation unless a protective mask with an appropriate gas filter (i.e. type A1 according to standard EN 14387) is used.
