+ WP™
Seam WP Grip
Seam Grip+WP™ urethane rubber adhesive provides a clear, strong and flexible finish suitable for permanent waterproof repairs to holes, tears or leaking seams in most types of camping or outdoor equipment i.e. tents, marquees, awnings, ground sheets, backpacks, footwear, gloves, inflatable mattresses or toys, bladders, ski wear and other waterproof clothing, latex neck and wrist seals and kites etc. Seam Grip+WP cures overnight. Seam Grip+WP is not suitable for use on Sil-Nylon (silicon based) tent fabrics etc. To seal the seams on Sil-Nylon fabrics use GA Seam Grip+SIL™. Full instructions inside.
Supplementary information: Persons already sensitised to diisocyanates
may develop allergic reactions when using this product. Persons suffering from
asthma, eczema or skin problems should avoid contact, including dermal
contact, with this product.
This product should not be used under conditions of poor ventilation unless a
protective mask with an appropriate gas filter (i.e. type A1 according to
standard EN 14387) is used.
Contains: Reaction mass of xylene and ethylbenzene
diphenylmethane-4,4’-diisocyanate.
INSTRUCTIONS
Concentrated Formula! Seals and repairs in one application.
Directions – Seam Sealing: CLEAN surfaces with alcohol. APPLY Seam Grip+WP to
inside of seam. Apply thin film, holding tube opening flat against seam.
Lightly squeeze and draw tube across threads. Seam Grip+WP may also be applied
with brush. Use brush to even out any heavily coated areas.
Holes and Tears: Create backing with removable tape.
Fill void and 6 mm beyond edge with a thick layer of Seam Grip+WP.
Remove tape after full cure. LET DRY overnight (approximately 12 hours – may
be longer in low humidity).
For 2-4 hour dry time, mix small batches of Seam Grip+WP with GA Cure
Accelerator+X.
Apply with brush. Mix new batches as needed.
To remove Seam Grip+WP from hands, buff with terry cloth soaked in isopropyl
alcohol.
Storage: Once opened, Seam Grip+WP will cure in tube if not stored properly.
Avoid contact with moisture.
Advance contents to tube neck. Wipe clean and cap.
Store in cool dry place.
To extend use life, place tube in a closed plastic bag in freezer.
Heat to room temperature six hours before use.
During cold weather unopened Seam Grip+WP will harden in the tube.
Note:
Fully-curedSeam Grip+WP may cling to itself when folded. After first
application, lightly dust fully-cured areas with talcum powder.
Seam Grip+WP is not suitable for use on Sil-Nylon (silicon based) tent fabrics

Danger May cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if
inhaled. May cause respiratory irritation. May cause damage to organs through
prolonged or repeated exposure. Contains isocyanates.
May produce an allergic reaction. If medical advice is needed, have product
container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Use only outdoors
or in a well-ventilated area. IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep
comfortable for breathing. If experiencing respiratory symptoms: Call a
doctor. Dispose of contents/container to a licensed waste disposal facility.
