Place the pot inside the cooker. Pour the rice and water into the inner pot. Securely close the lid.
- Plug in the power cable. Only plug the unit in when you are ready to start cooking. If not, the rice may spoil. The unit will not start cooking if the pot is not inside the cooker.
- Press the switch. The “Cooking” indicator will indicate that the cooking process has started.
- When the rice is cooked, the switch will pop back up.
- Unplug the power cable after each use. Pull on the plug – and not the cable – to unplug the unit from the power supply.
- When steam cooking, the water level should not exceed 70% of the volume.
- Do not block the steam vent.
WARNING!
Before starting to cook the rice, clean the inner pot’s base and the
hotplate’s surface, then turn the inner pot left and right to ensure that it
is sitting correctly on the hotplate, located inside the cooker. Otherwise,
the cooker will not work and could also become damaged. = Cooking
