How do I work?
- Whilst the tracker is in motion, it will report it’s location and speed . When the tracker every 40 seconds is not inmotion it will enter smart mode to save battery and report the location at a longer interval (standby mode).
- The tracker casingcan be removed by sliding it away from the charging port.
- The signal strength and battery of the tracker reported on the app and website is refreshed every 3 minutes .
How to switch me on
Once the tracker has been activated on our platform, the tracker will be ready to go. It will take around 15 minutes to come online and after this period require a short 5 minute drive/walk to 2 calibrate, please see the activation guide for more details.
Cold Weather
Our trackers, like most electronic equipment, have to be warm to work. Some
users may notice a little bit of “lag” in the winter when the tracker starts
moving.
This won’t take longer than about 30 seconds in -20C° weather. They’re heating
up!
