SAFETAG Tracking App

Activation

First, you’ll need to signup a new account on our website www.safetagtracking.com
Once you’ve logged in, navigate to the Manage section and select Add Tracker.
On Web

On Mobile
Enter the unique tracker IMEI found on the tracker, give it a name of your choice, select a coverage plan and a billing cycle.
Press “Purchase Subscription”, complete your payment through the Stripe Portal and the tracker will be activated.
The tracker will now take 15-20 minutes to come online. At this point, you will see some tracker status information like it’s signal strength and battery level.
After this period, a short 5 minute drive, walk or cycle is required to calibrate a location. This can be done at any time after step 5.

Using Our App

The SafeTag Tracking app has been designed to be easy to use, however there are a couple of features we wanted to make sure everyone understands

This button updates the map with the tracker’s latest reported location.
By clicking on the tracker location marker you are able to see more information about the tracker.

More information about the tracker history is available by clicking on the past location points on the History page.

Using The Web

The Web App works very similarly to the SafeTag Tracking app. It can be accessed on our website

Use the Traking tab to access your tracker

Just like on the app, by clicking on the tracker location marker you are able to see more information about the tracker.

You can use the pages under this tab to view your tracker’s information, and manage their subscriptions.
