TROUBLESHOOTING
The trail camera cannot pair to the app.
Ensure the SIM card is inserted correctly and is compatible with the trail camera. If the trail camera still cannot pair to the app, the trail camera may not recognise the APN information of the SIM card.
- Take the SD card out of the camera.
- Insert the SD card into your computer.
- Open the file named ‘tmp_apnuser’.
- Enter the correct IMSI and APN information (the IMSI of the SIM card is in the upper left corner of the camera screen). Leave the account number and password blank if they are originally blank.
- Delete ‘tmp’ in the file name, but do not change the file format. Save the file to the SD card and restart the camera.
