Important Safety Instructions
- Before using the Electric Oven 48L, please read the user manual carefully. The product complies with Directive 2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU.
- For your safety, do not use the appliance if it has been dropped, shows visible signs of damage or malfunction.
- Children should not play with the appliance, and cleaning and maintenance should only be done by adults.
- Avoid touching hot surfaces during operation, and do not attempt to replace the power cord yourself if damaged.
Getting to Know Your Oven
The oven features a Temperature Knob, Function Knob, and Timer Knob for
control. It includes a Wire Rack for toasting and baking, a Bake Tray for
broiling and roasting, a Rotisserie Fork Assembly for roasting meats, a
Rotisserie Handle, a Door handle, and a Transparent tempered Glass Door.
Control Panel
The Temperature Knob allows you to select temperatures up to 230 degrees. The
Function Knob lets you choose between different heating modes. The Time Knob
is used to set the timer up to 60 minutes.
Before First Use
Prior to the first use, remove all packing materials, take out all
accessories, and wipe the oven and accessories with a damp cloth.
Entretien et Nettoyage
Utilize a chiffon fabric and the natural savanna use for the interior and
exterior of the equipment. It is not necessary to use the products abrasives
for the end result of the surface.

Getting to Know Your Oven
Feature:

- WARNING respect the direction of insertion of the grid and the maximum authorized weight of 7 pounds.
- Rotisserie Fork Assembly: Can cook up to a 7 pounds roast or chicken. Do not exceed the maximum weight.
- Rotisserie Handle: Use for removing hot Rotisserie Spit from Oven.
- Door handle: Cool handle to avoid any scald.
- Glass Door: Transparent tempered glass allows you to view the cooking process conveniently.
Control Panel
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Remove all packing materials from the appliance.
- Take all the accessories (rack, tray) out of the appliance.
- Wipe the oven and accessories with a damp cloth and then dry them.
- Fully unwind the power cord. Then plug it into an electrical outlet.
- Set the function selector to
- Set the thermostat knob to 230°C.
- Set the timer knob to 15 minutes in order to operate the oven empty (without food or accessory) during this period.
ATTENTION: The oven may emit a slight odor and some smoke when it is used for the first time. This is normal and will stop very quickly. Make sure that the appliance operates in a well ventilated place.
USING YOUR OVEN
Tips
For baking and grilling, it is advisable to always preheat the oven to the
desired cooking temperature in order to achieve perfect cooking.
- Place drip tray under the cooking grid to prevent the fat from dripping onto the resistance and the bottom of the oven.
- If the food to be cooked is oily or fatty, you can use two sheets of aluminum foil. Place drip tray on the broiler pan and cover the food with the other. This helps prevent oil and fat splashes during cooking.
Traditional Cooking
This function automatically initiates upper and lower heating

- Set function selector at

- Wait until oven reaches temperature set, and then put food in.
- Should cooking be finished before end of time set, turn timerbutton manually to “0”
Rotisserie cooking with roasting function
This method is ideal for barbecuing chickens, poultry, roast pork and pieces
of veal. This method does not require pre-heating of the oven.
- Place piece of meat on skewer, then fix it firmly with the forks (even better results can be achieved by anchoring the meat with cooking string).
- Place grease collection tray at bottom below element, then insert rotisserie into retainers inside oven.
- Turn off the oven and leave the door ajar

Cooking with fan assist function
This function is ideal combined with using your oven for traditional cooking
or keeping warm. Actually fan function circulates heat in oven and thus allows
you to grab and rapidly cook red meat, poultry and fish, making sure they are
tender, succulent and juicy.
- Place griddle in lower position.

- Wait until oven reaches temperature set, then put the food in.
- Should cooking be finished before end of time set, turn timerbutton manually to “0”.
WARNING: The weight of the food which is put on the Food Tray/wire Rack cannot be over 7 pounds. The food cannot concentrate on one side of the Food Tray/Grill Rack, you would better try you best to make the food put on the Food Tray/Wire Rack evenly
INSTALLING ROTISSERIE IN OVEN
Install rotisserie beginning with side B and finishing with side A.
In order to extract rotisserie, begin by extracting side A then side B.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
- Allow your oven to cool completely before cleaning. Unplug from wall socket.
- The grill and drip pan can be cleaned like other kitchen utensils, either by hand or in the dishwasher.
- Always use a damp sponge to clean external surfaces. Do not use abrasive substances, because they might damage the coating. Take care no water or detergent leaks into oven through air holes located on its surface.
- Never immerse oven in water or any other liquid.
- When cleaning inside, never use corrosive substances (spray detergents) and never scrape surfaces with sharp or pointed objects.
- If appliance is not kept in a good state of cleanliness, its surface may be damaged, which would negatively affect its life and lead to a dangerous situation. Oven should be cleaned regularly and any food residue should be removed.
Removing and cleaning grease collection tray
- Remove the drip pan by pulling the handle of the drip pan.
- Wash with soapy water and let it dry.
- Never use abrasive products.
- Replace the drip pan.
