Installation of Steel Arms
- Ensure Arm 1 is installed in the hole near the semicircular notch, as shown in the diagram.
- Install Arm 2 in the hole away from the semicircular notch, aligning it with the blue mark.
- Align Arm 1 with the yellow mark for correct installation.
Replacement of Arm Bushings:

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Please make sure two steel arms are installed correctly as shown in diagrams. Arm 1 must be installed in hole near semicircular notch (shown in second image below), and Arm 2 must be installed in hole away from semicircular notch. Arm 2 should be aligned with blue mark and Arm 1 should be aligned with yellow mark.
Additional arm bushings are included in the package. These can be used to replace any existing bushings on the mating intake manifold, as they are a common OE failure point. The same bushings can also be used to mate the arm to the IMRC actuator, should the preinstalled ones ever need to be replaced.
