Product Usage Instructions

Changing DPI and Report Rate

To change the DPI value, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the DPI button on the mouse.
  2. Press the DPI button to cycle through the available DPI settings.
  3. Observe the LED indicator to determine the current DPI setting. The LED will flash for DPI 400 and 800, and stay lit for DPI 1600= and 3200.

Battery Status

The Sora mouse does not provide specific battery status information. Please ensure that you have fresh batteries or a charged battery pack to maintain optimal usage.

Warranty:

For any products or parts that become defective within one year from the date of purchase, you may send back the product and request for warranty. Purchase evidence, such as a receipt, order number, and such, and proof of the issue, like pictures, videos, and such, have to be provided for redeeming the warranty. Warranty only covers defects of parts or products caused by mis- manufacturing of functionality. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to breakage due to abuse, water damage, improper usage, etc. The warranty expires if the product is opened without permission from Ninjutsu.
