Safety Instructions

Please be sure to read the following important safety instructions carefully before using the product.

Safety Marking Instructions

This marking warns the user that the uninsulated voltage inside the body of this product may be sufficient to cause electric shock. Therefore, any form of contact with any part of the body poses a risk of electric shock.
This marking warns the user to be aware of high temperatures.

This product must be grounded when in use.
This marking alerts the user to some important information regarding operation and maintenance. Please read this information carefully to avoid incorrect operation.

Transport Instructions
It is recommended that you transport this product in its original packaging or equivalent.

As with any bright light source, do not gaze into the direct beam ( RG2GC/T30117.5-2019).
This product meets the requirements of JFC 60825-1:2014 class 1 laser products. For USA: Complies with 21 CFR 1040.10 and 1040.11 except for conformance as a Risk Group 2 LIP as defined in IEC 62471-5:Ed. 1.0. For more information see Laser Notice No. 57, dated May 8, 2019. This product contains class 4 lasers, which should only be serviced by authorized and trained service personnel. It is prohibited to disassemble and repair by yourself.

NOTE: The model approval code and safety information for this product are shown on the bottom and back of the product.
Replacing the batteries with the wrong model may result in an explosion hazard. So, be sure to dispose of used batteries according to the instructions.

Prevention of electric shock and fire hazard

  • Using incorrect cables may affect the performance of the product and may even lead to electric shock, fire, and other accidents. To ensure product performance and safety, use the same type of cable as the original cable.
  • Always use a power extension cord, if required, with a current rating not lower than that of the existing product. Otherwise, it may cause the power cord to overheat and even cause electric shock, fire and other accidents.
  • Unplug this product during thunderstorms or when it is not used for a long period of time to avoid damage to the equipment caused by lightning or power line surges.
  • Do not place flammable items near this product to avoid fire.
  • Do not block the lens with any object when this product is working, as this may cause the object to overheat, deform or even catch fire.
  • Do not place any objects around the ventilation holes and heat dissipation holes, as this may cause heat to build up inside the product and cause a fire.

Instructions for safe operation

  • Do not place the product on an unstable platform, stand or desktop for use, so that the product will not fall and cause serious equipment damage and personal injury.
  • Do not look directly at the lens when the product is working to avoid eye injury.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble the product, as there is dangerous energy inside that may cause personal injury. When servicing or repair is required, it must be done by trained or authorized service personnel.
  • Do not place this product in an upright position as it may tip over and cause injury or damage.
  • Do not expose this product to rain or moisture (the humidity requirement of the working place of this product is 21%~81%).
  • Do not allow this product to be immersed in or exposed to water or other liquids. If any liquid or solid object enters the enclosure, immediately unplug the equipment and have it inspected by a professional service technician before continuing use.
  • Do not place this product in the following environment:
    • Poorly ventilated or confined spaces.
    • Near any equipment that generates strong magnetic fields.
    • Direct sunlight.
    • Near fire alarms.
    • Extreme heat, cold or humidity.
  • Only batteries approved by the manufacturer are allowed. Replacing the batteries with the wrong model may invalidate the safety protection and pose a risk of explosion, fire, etc.
  • Do not expose the battery to extremely high temperatures, such as sunlight, fire, microwave, oven, etc., which may otherwise cause the battery to explode or leak flammable liquids and gases.
  • Do not disassemble, impact, crush or cut the battery, and do not touch or pry the battery with sharp objects, screwdrivers, etc, as this may cause an explosion.
  • Do not subject the battery to extremely low air pressure, which may otherwise cause the battery to explode or leak flammable liquids and gases.
  • Do not continue to use the battery if it appears to be severely swollen.
  • Do not swallow the battery, which may otherwise result in a chemical burn hazard.
  • If you think the battery may have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek medical assistance immediately.
  • If the battery compartment is not securely closed, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
  • Keep children away from new and used batteries.
  • Please do not place batteries into the household garbage can, but follow the national regulations for safe disposal of used batteries.

Attention:

  • Do not place any objects within 20cm from the projector’s heat dissipation hole and air inlet, so as not to affect the cooling effect.
  • This product will emit strong light when working. So, please do not look directly at the lens to avoid eye injury.

Remote controller

Power button: under the state of power-off, press it to turn on the power; under the state of power-on, press it briefly to pop up the power-off menu; press it long to turn off the power.
Voice button: Press and hold the voice button and speak close to the remote controller for voice control.
Launchpad button: short press to call out the setting menu;
Long press to enter the fast focus interface.
Navigation button: move up, down, left, right; press the center button to confirm.
Home button: return to home page.
Back button: return to the previous menu.
Menu key: short press to open the current application setting menu.
Volume key: press “+” to increase volume; press “-” to decrease volume.
Remote controller pairing: Get close to the projector (within 20cm), press and hold the Home button and Menu button at the same time to pair.

Tips

  • Please pay attention to the positive and negative poles when replacing the remote controller batteries.
  • Dispose of used batteries according to the instructions on the batteries or local disposal regulations or instructions.
  • It is recommended that the remote controller be used within an optimal distance of 5 meters.
  • The diagram of the remote controller is for reference only, and the appearance or silkscreen of the remote controller used in different areas may vary.

Image focus

Method 1:
After moving the projector, image focus will be done automatically.
Method 2:
Press the Launchpad button on the remote controller to enter the system settings; select Common Use > Image focus to trigger the auto focus. Press the Left and Right buttons of the remote controller to make fine adjustments after the auto focus is completed.

    Long press the Launchpad button to quickly enter the image focus interface.

Keystone correction

Method 1:
After moving the projector, the image will be automatically adjusted to square.
Method 2:
Press the Launchpad Key to call out the Setting menu. Then, elect Common>Manual Keystone Correction. Press the Direction key to adjust the image directly, and press the OK button to switch the control point. Press the Menu key to reset the image.

Troubleshooting

Failure to display image Turn off the power and unplug the power cord; re-

plug the power cord and restart the system.
Feng OS system crashes| Turn off the power and unplug the power cord; re-plug the power cord and restart the system.
Abnormal image display| Turn off the power and unplug the power cord; re-plug the power cord and restart the system.
The remote controller is lost or not paired, causing the equipment fails to start remotely.| Turn off the power and unplug the power cord; wait for 5 minutes, then plug the power cord back in and restart the system. Please re- pair the remote controller after the system starts.
System automatically shuts down after displaying high temperature| Please remove the obstacles in the air inlet and outlet of the system to make the airflow cool and smooth, and then restart the system.
Other faults within the system| Please contact the maintenance personnel for on-site repair or send the laser projector back to after-sale service.
