Product Introduction

Installation instructions

  1. Installation method 1:
  2. Peel off the EVA patch on one side and stick it on the back of the product within 7 circles, finding the appropriate position according to the size of the product
  3. Tear open the other side and stick it on a smooth wall surface *Due to the strong adhesion of EVA, be careful not to stick it on wallpaper or painted walls to avoid damaging them
  4. Installation method 2:
  5. Peel off the EVA sticker on one side and stick it inside the 7 circles on the back of the product, then tear off the EVA back sticker, and then peel off the 4 circular Velcro stickers and stick them on the 4 opposite EVA stickers (as shown in the picture)
  6. Align the long Velcro with the circular Velcro on the back of the product (as shown in the above picture)

Instructions for use

  1. Turn on the power switch to automatically turn on the machine. Long press to turn on the machine
  2. After connecting Bluetooth, long press (+)to increase the volume and single click the next track, and long press(-) to decrease the volume and single click the previous track of the music
  3. After the device is turned on, the lights light up and music plays. You can start hitting with the light, hitting correctly 20 times in a row for 3 seconds, reducing the time by 0.5 seconds. Automatic shifting and so on. The fastest speed for 6th gear is 0.5 seconds per time!

Matters needing attention

  1. Please fix this product on a sturdy and reliable wall. When striking, please strike within the striking area. It is strictly prohibited to hit the corners to avoid hand injury or equipment damage
  2. This product is suitable for adult use. Children should be guided to use it under adult supervision.
  3. Beginners should not use excessive force to avoid hand injuries. During exercise, first pay attention to safety and strictly prohibit leg or knee strikes.
  4. If the device cannot be turned on or there is an abnormality, please check if the battery is too low. It should be charged in a timely manner, and the charging time should not exceed 8 hours. If it is not used for a long time, it is recommended to charge it once every 1-2 months.
  5. This product is not waterproof. When wiping boxing targets, use a dry cloth and do not get wet.
  6. Please keep the instruction manual properly for emergency use.
