Specifications
- Tools Required:
- 1/4 nut driver or 1/4 socket wrench for 48 frame pumps

Product Usage Instructions
- Loosen the four through bolts at the back of the motor using a nut driver or socket wrench.
- Hold the motor with one hand and the wet end with the other Pull the wet end slightly away from the motor and rotate it to the desired position.
- Align the female threading of the brass inserts on the wet end with the through bolts.
- Push the through bolts in until they touch the wet end.
- Use a nut driver or socket wrench to screw them back into the wet end, ensuring not over-tighten.
- Ensure that the through bolts are snug but not overly tightened to prevent damage to the wet end.
- Your wet end is now correctly positioned and ready for installation.

HOW TO Rotate the wet end on your new pump
Tools required
- 1/4” nut driver or 1/4” socket wrench for 48 frame pumps
- 5/16” nut driver or 5/16” socket wrench for 56 frame pumps
- If your new wet end needs to be rotated to match your original pump setup, you will need to do the following steps before you place your pump into the equipment location.
- Most pumps have 3 possible wet end positions.
- You will need to do this before you place the pump into the equipment location.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Use a nut driver or socket to loosen the four through bolts at the back of the motor and pull them slightly out, but not all the way
- NOTE Most pumps will have four through bolts that run from the very back of the motor casing through the motor and screw into the wet end.
- Hold the motor with one hand and the wet end with the other. Then, slightly pull the wet end away from the motor and rotate it to the proper alignment.
- Once in the general location, line up the female threading of the brass inserts on the wet end with the through bolts.
- At the back of the motor, push through bolts in until they touch the wet end.
- Use a nut driver or socket wrench to screw them back into the wet end.
- NOTE Do not overtighten, screw them in until snug only. Overtightening can damage the wet end.
- Your wet end is now properly positioned.
- You can now safely install it.
