Important Safety Instructions

Read all instructions and warnings in the operating manual before using the Pet Cam Feel.

Getting Started

1. Connect the camera with a micro-USB cable and plug it into the charger plug.
2. Wait for the camera to beep and the LED to flash red indicating readiness to connect to Wi-Fi.
3. Download the “PetTec Snoop Cube” app from the App Store or Google Play and follow setup instructions.
4. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the camera.
5. Ensure stable Wi-Fi connection for proper operation.

Mounting Options

• Screwed Mounting:
• Attach screws to the wall as per the drilling template, leaving a gap to hang the camera.
• Engage the mounting holes of the camera onto the screws and press down to fix.
• Mounting with Clamp:
• Clamp the camera on the edge of the furniture for an ideal viewing angle.
• Adjust the viewing angle by turning the housing.
• Free Setting:
• The camera can stand freely on the clamp. Place it in a safe location.

FAQ

• Q: What should I do if the camera is not connecting to Wi-Fi?
  • A: Make sure the Wi-Fi router is functioning properly, and the camera is within range. Restart both devices and try reconnecting.
• Q: How do I change the settings on the camera?
  • A: Use the PetTec Snoop Cube app on your mobile device to access and modify camera settings easily.

• Please do not disassemble and modify the PetTec Pet Cam Feel. The device requires neither maintenance nor servicing. In case of malfunction, please contact our customer service.
• In order to ensure proper use of the device, we recommend that you only use the original parts. Use only the supplied assembly parts for mounting the device.
• The device should not be affected by any renovation work, be it the use of paint or wallpaper.

Legal Notice

• The PetTec Pet Cam Free has been designed for indoor use only. Laws in your country may limit observation of areas outside of your home or pro-perty. Please inform yourself about local legislation. To protect the privacy of others, mount the camera so that you cannot record images of public areas, streets, or your neighbor’s property. We also recommend informing relatives, visitors and domestic workers about the camera and its function.
• Please note that the app will not inform you automatically in case of emer-gency or burglary. If necessary, an emergency call must always be placed by yourself. Stage10 GmbH does not provide any form of guarantee for mis-sing or incorrect notifications or recordings.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Status LED (front side)

• Permanently red LED – no connection to the internet possible
• LED blinking red – ready to connect to Wi-Fi
• LED blinking red quickly – Wi-Fi connection is in progress.
• Permanently blue LED – connection to Wi-Fi works properly
• LED blinking blue – ready for manual connection to Wi-Fi
• No LED – The camera is turned off / not operational.
• LED blinking blue quickly – manual Wi-Fi connection is established.

Charge control LED (in plug compartment)

• Orange LED – the camera is charging
• Greenlit LED – battery is fully charged

USV Type-C cable feeder

The connector supplies power to the camera. If required, conventional USB Type-C cables with different lengths may be used.

Microphone/speaker

The combination of a built-in microphone and speaker allows two-way communication.

Micro-SD card slot

Micro-SD cards up to 128GB in size may be used.

Reset button

The reset button must be pressed with a narrow object for approx. 5 seconds to allow the camera to be reset to factory default settings.

To activate manual Wi-Fi setup, the reset button has to be pressed by a narrow object for about 1 second.

Power button

Pressing the power button switches the camera on or off!

The ****button triggers a call! In this case, the user of the app is contacted via video call!

LED button

Pressing the LED button turns the ambient light on or off! Individual settings can be made in the settings of the camera

GETTING STARTED

1. Please connect the camera with a micro-USB cable and plug it into the charger plug. The power plug must be connected to a power outlet.
2. After about a minute, the camera will beep and the LED will flash red. This signals that the camera is ready to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
3. Download the „PetTec Snoop Cube“ app from the Apple App Store or Goo-gle Play Store and install the app on your mobile device. Now follow the instructions in the app to complete the camera setup successfully.
4. A Wi-Fi router with internet connection and the associated password must be available. Your mobile device must be connected to the Wi-Fi network of your router on which you want to connect the camera.
5. A stable Wi-Fi connection is required to ensure proper operation.

MOUNTING OPTIONS

Screwed mounting

1. Attach the screws to the wall according to the position of the drilling tem-plate. Do not tighten the screws all the way, as you will need to leave a gap to hang the camera.
2. Engage the mounting holes of the camera (at the bottom) into the screws and press the camera down until it is fixed.

Mounting with the clamp

1. Clamp the camera with , e.g. on the edge of a piece of furniture, and turn the housing to find an ideal viewing angle.
2. Turn to adjust the viewing angle.

Free setting

1. The camera also stands freely on the clamp.
2. Simply place the device in a safe place.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Radio signal

The radio transmission signal may be adversely affected by external influences (e.g., electric motors, defective electrical appliances). The range of the radio transmission signal is usually limited within buildings. Similarly, the structural works/conditions affect the radio range of the device. Bluetooth devices such as headphones or speakers can also negatively affect the radio signal of the device. The signal strength can also be reduced by environmental influences such as humidity.

Environmental protection

Please note that non-disposable electrical and electronic appliances as well as batteries must be recycled separately and in an environmentally friendly manner (European Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Use the country-specific return and collection systems for the recycling of electrical and electronic appliances as well as for batteries. Disposal of batteries in household waste is prohibited.
