Product Usage Instructions
Getting Started
- Connect the camera to a power outlet using a USB Type-C cable and charger plug.
- Wait for about a minute until the camera beeps and the LED flashes red, indicating that it’s ready to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
- Download the “PetTec Snoop Cube” app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install it on your mobile device.
- Follow the instructions in the app to complete the camera setup successfully.
- Make sure you have a stable Wi-Fi connection and know the password of your router’s network.
Placement
Place the Pet Cam Hello on a smooth, clean surface. It comes with three suction cups for secure attachment. You can place it on the floor, such as tiles, parquet, or laminate. Ensure there is enough space in front of the camera, as the treats are ejected at a distance of approximately 0.5m to 1m.
Training
Step 1: Before teaching
Before training your dog, test the treats you plan to use. They should be firm and have a diameter between 7mm and 15mm. Fill the treats into the Pet Cam Hello and test the ejection mechanism using the Multi Button. If everything works, proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Train the dog
For optimal success, make sure your dog reacts positively to the treats. If your dog has a favorite brand, give him some of those treats to get him used to the taste.
Step 3: Use Pet Cam Hello
Once your dog is comfortable with the treats, practice using the Pet Cam Hello. Initially, stay with your dog and the device to familiarize him with the ejection process without getting scared. If this works, move to the next room and activate treat ejection via the app. If your dog accepts this feeding option without your presence, you can also use the Pet Cam Hello on the move.

- In order to ensure proper use of the device, we recommend that you only use the original parts. Use only the supplied assembly parts for mounting the device.
- Keep the camera away from external exposure to ensure long term use. The device should not be affected by any renovation work, be it the use of paint or wallpaper.

- The PetTec Pet Cam Hello has been designed for indoor use only. Laws in your country may limit observation of areas outside of your home or property. Please inform yourself about local legislation. To protect the privacy of others, mount the camera so that you cannot record images of public areas, streets, or your neighbor’s property. We also recommend informing relatives, visitors and domestic workers about the camera and its function.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Status LED display
- Permanently red LED – no connection to internet possible
- LED blinking red – ready to connect to Wi-Fi
- LED blinking red quickly – Wi-Fi connection is in progress.

USB type-C cable Hello
- The connector supplies power to the camera. If required, conventional USB type-C cables with different lengths may be used.
Microphone/speaker
- The combination of built-in microphone and speaker allows two-way communication.
Micro-SD card slot
- The micro-SD card slot is located at the top of the treat tank under a cover (see diagram). Micro-SD cards up to 128 GB may be used.
Multi Button
- The Multi key must be pressed for approx. 4-5 seconds, then the unit is reset to the factory settings.
GETTING STARTED
- Please connect the camera with a USB type-C cable and plug it into the charger plug. The power plug must be connected to a power outlet.
- After about a minute, the camera will beep and the LED will flash red. This signals that the camera is ready to connect to the Wi-Fi network.
- Download the „PetTec Snoop Cube“ app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and install the app on your mobile device. Now follow the instructions in the app to complete the camera setup successfully.
- A Wi-Fi router with internet connection and the associated password must be available. Your mobile device must be connected to the Wi- Fi network of your router on which you want to connect the camera.
- A stable Wi-Fi connection is required to ensure proper operation.

Place the Pet Cam Hello on a smooth, clean surface. The Pet Cam Hello has 3 suction cups so that it can be securely attached. Placing it on the floor, e.g. on tiles, parquet or laminate should work well.

Please make sure there is enough space in front of the Pet Cam Hello. The ejection mechanism ejects the treats at a distance of approx. 0.5 m to 1 m.

TRAINING
Step 1: Before teaching
- Please test your chosen treats before teaching. They should be of a firm consistency and between 7 and 15mm in diameter. Fill some treats into the Pet Cam Hello and eject them for testing (e.g. via the Multi Button). Does everything work? Then you can train the dog.
Step 2: Train the dog
- For optimal success when using the Pet Cam Hello, it is important that the dog reacts positively to the treats. Does your dog have a favourite brand? Give him some of the treats to eat so that he gets used to the taste.
Step 3: Use Pet Cam Hello
- Do the treats taste good? Then practice with the Pet Cam Hello! Stay with your dog and the device at the beginning so that he gets used to the ejector and doesn‘t get scared.
- Does that work? Go into the next room and activate the ejection via the app. If your dog accepts this feeding option without your presence, you can also use the Pet Cam Hello on the move.
IMPORTANT INFORMATIONS
Radio signal
- The radio transmission signal may be adversely affected by external influences (e.g., electric motors, defective electrical appliances). The range of the radio transmissionsignal is usually weaker within buildings than in the open field. Similarly, the structural works/conditions affect the radio range of the device. Bluetoothdevices such as headphones or speakers can also negatively affect theradio signal of the device. The signal strength can also be reduced byenvironmental influences such as humidity.

- Please note that non-disposable electrical and electronic appliances as well as batteries must be recycled separately and in an environmentally friendly manner (European Directive on Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment).
