2.4G Connection
- Lift the upper cover from the small groove at the tail of the mouse to take out the receiver.
- Turn on the mouse.
- Plug the USB Receiver into the computer port.
- Click the Connect button to choose the 2.4G Channel.
Bluetooth Connection
- Click the Connect button to choose Bluetooth 1/2 channel.
- Hold and press the Connect button for 5s to Bluetooth pairing mode.
- On your device, find the name of iClever Mouse 3.0 or iClever Mouse 5.0 and click to connect. (if your Bluetooth Version is higher than 4.0, please click iClever Mouse 5.0).
Switch among the connected device.
Click the Connect button to switch among connect devices.

Tips: the cannot-work and disconnection problems are usually caused by an incompatible external USB plug, poor USB port contact, or signal interference.
- Verify the iClever is connected directly to the computer USB port instead of an external USB plug. 2. Make sure that the iClever and your device are within close proximity of each other. 3. Try moving away from metal and other sources of concentrated wireless signal. 4. Try removing other dongles or moving them away from iClever's receiver. 5. Charge the iClever for an hour.

Mouse Bluetooth doesn't connect or doesn't show up on the BT list
Tips: cannot-connect problems are usually caused by unreset Bluetooth or an incorrect pairing process. 1. Remove iClever's BT record on your device(if any). 2. Turn off Bluetooth and back on your device. 3. Follow the BT pairing instruction on the user manual. 4. Try using another device to verify the issue.
Cursor is not following the movements or moving slowly
1. Turn off the mouse and back on. 2. Charge the iClever for an hour. 3. Use a mouse pad or try on another surface. 4. Adjust the movement speed with the DPI button next to the scroll wheel. 5. Avoid using your mouse on Glass and other see-through surfaces.
