Product Overview for Keyboard

Power Switch: move right to tum on and left to tum off the keyboard.

Power Indicator: the indicator will glow green for 3 seconds when turn on the keyboard.

Caps Lock Indicator: to active it by pressing key of caps lock”, the indicator will tum to be green; to cancel it by pressing it one more lime.

Numeric Indicator: to active it by pressing key of numlk”, and the indicator will turn to be green; to cancel it by pressing key of numlk” one more lime.
(NOTE: the key of “numlk” is not working for Mac OS users) -
Fn Lock Indicator: to activate it by pressing keys of fn”+esc’, and the indicator will turn to be blue; to cancel it by pressing keys of fn”+”esc” one more time.
(with the fn lock function activated, you can direct access to F-keys) -
Charging Indicator: the indicator will stay in red when in charging status and turn to be off after fully charged. It will flash green when power is low.

The table below describes special key combinations for windows and Mac OS.
For all the media keys work as normal, before to use, please press keys of
fn”+”Q” to Mac OS or fn”+ W to windows.

Your keyboard has by default access to the media and hotkeys such as mute, |
volume up, play/pause and so on.
If you prefer to have direct access to your F-keys simply press fn” + esc” to
activate fn lock function on your keyboard to swap them.
| Press keys of fn+ Q, the system will switch to Mac OS.

| The key will work as win, when your system is windows; the key will work as
option, when your system is Mac OS.

Pairing Steps
For windows users:
Step 2. Move right keyboard power switch to turn on the keyboard.
Step 1. Plug the USB Receiver into the port of computer.
Step 3. Press keys of fn” + W to switch to windows system.
Step 4. Done, ready to use.
For Mac OS users:
Step 1. Plug the USB Receiver into the port of computer.
Step 2. Move right keyboard power switch to turn on the keyboard.
Step 3. Press keys of fn” + Q” to switch to Mac OS (Macbook / iMac).
Step 4. Done, ready to use.
If fail to connect, please read FAQs first, then follow as below:
Keyboard re-pairing guide
Step 1. Plug out the USB receiver from the computer port.
Step 2. Tum off the keyboard, and then turn it on.
Step 3. Press keys of “esc”+ Q” simultaneously, and the power indicator will
flash green quickly.
Step 4. Plug the 2.4G USB receiver into the computer within 10 seconds and
keep the keyboard close to the USB Receiver within 30cm(0.98ft).
Step 5. With the re-pairing success, the power indicator will flash 3 times
then to be off.
Note: If still fail to connect, please try above guide again or contact
our team.
Charging the Device
It is recommended to use our included charging cable to directly connect with the computer interface. If you prefer to connect charging cable with adapter, before to use, please check your adapter voltage is not higher than 5V.
- Keyboard Output: DC 5V/500mA; USB charger is not included.
- In charging process, the indicator light will light up red when charging, and it will light up green when fully charged. Generally, it takes about 2 hours to get fully charged.
Sleep Mode
The keyboard and mouse will enter sleep mode if idle for 10 minutes. Press any key or move the mouse to exist sleep mode.
Language Switching
Windows 10: win + space or alt+ space
Mac OS: ctrl + space
Device Requirement
Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10
Mac 0S 10.14.6 or above with USB 2.0 port (If your device without UsB 2.0
port, please connect it by a hub).
Note: the keyboard is not fully compatible with Mac mini, smart TV and
Xbox.
FAQs
Keyboard - Buttons or keys do not work correctly.
Possible solutions: 1. Restart your PC/laptop and iClever Keyboard. 2. Clean the button/key with compressed air. 3. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 4. Unpair/repair or disconnecVreconnect hardware. 5. Windows only try a different USB port. 6. Try on a different USB port or different computer.
The media keys on F3, F5, F12 work incorrectly.
Delay when using the device/connection drops/cannot connect at all/ device doesn't wake up computer after sleep.
Possible solutions: 1. Restart your PC/laptop and iClever keyboard. 2. Verify the product or receiver is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch or something similar. 3. Move the device closer lo the USB receiver. If your receiver is in the back of your computer, it may help to relocate the receiver to a front port. In some cases the receiver signal gets blocked by the computer case, causing a delay 4. Keep other electrical wireless devices away from the USB receiver to avoid interference. 5. Unpair/repair or disconnecVreconnect hardware. 6. Charge keyboard for 30 minutes. 7. Windows only check if there are any Windows updates running in the background that may cause the delay. 8. Mac only check if there are any background updates that may cause the delay. 9. Try on a different USB port or try on a different computer.
Delay typing in win 10
1. Use Windows shortcut keys Win + R to open Run. 2. Type into control and hit the enter key. This will launch Control Panel. (Note: If you cannot type into the proper letters, it is recommended to use the on-screen keyboard.) 3. View by Small icons. Click the Keyboard. 4. In Keyboard Properties, adjust the slider of Repeat delay to an appropriate situation that is close to Long. Adjust the slider of Repeat rate to an appropriate situation that is close to Slow. 5. Click the Apply and the OK button to save the changes. Restart the computer and try typing a word to see if the double or multiple letters issue still persists.
