Product Overview
- Power Indicator: lights up for 2 seconds when powers on, and then turns off.
- Charging Indicator: stays in red when charging, and then turns green after fully charged.
- Numeric Indicator: press “numlk” key to turn on/off the number lock function (not work for Mac).
- If your system is Windows,
- when the indicator is on, 0.123456789 works as normal.
- when the indicator is off, 0.123456789 works as the function labeled on the key, such as ins, del, and end.
- Charging Port: used for charging.
Pairing Instruction
For Windows PC/laptop Users:
- Step 1. Slide the power switch to “ON” to power on.
- Step 2. Plug the USB Receiver into the computer USB-A port.
For MacBook/iMac Users:
- Step 1. Slide the power switch to “ON” to power on.
- Step 2. Plug the USB Receiver into “USB-A to USB-C Adapter” for ready to connect USB-C port devices.
- Step 3. Plug it into the MacBook or iMac.
Charging Instruction
- Use the cable in the package to connect to the USB port of your computer.
- We recommend directly connecting to the computer. If you want to use a charging adapter, please make sure its voltage is lower than 5V.
- Output: DC 5V / 200mA; Charging adapter is not included.
System Compatibility
- Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10.
- Mac OS X 10.10 or late MacBook/iMac
Note
- If your MacBook is USB-C port, please connect the USB Receiver by “USB-A to USB-C adapter”.
Keys or keyboard stopped working
- Use compressed air to clean the button.
- Make sure that plug the 2.4G receiver directly into a computer port instead of an external hub, or a KVM-similar.
- Keep the keyboard within the proximity of the receiver. If the receiver is placed at the back of the computer, please move it to the front for the reason that the signal may be blocked by the case.
- If any, remove all receivers from the computer except for the iClever receiver.
- Charge the keyboard for 1 hour.
- Try plugging into different USB ports.
- Try plugging into a different computer to verify the issue. If the issue isn’t resolved, please contact us for advanced solutions.
