Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Prepare for Installation
- Add approximately by hand within 4 red boxes 6.5 through-hole for installing fan bracket, with dimensions according to the fan bracket in photo 1.
Step 2: Install Motor and Fan Blade
- Install the motor onto the fan bracket and secure it with machine screws.
- Install the fan blade onto the motor.
Step 3: Attach the Fan Assembly to Evaporator Cover
- Install the fan bracket with the motor/blades onto the evaporator cover and secure it with machine screws (photo 6).
- Apply sealing glue around the screws to prevent rust on the screw holes.
Step 4: Finalize Installation
- Install the fan motor cover on the front of the evaporator cover and secure it with machine screws.
- Apply sealing glue around the screws to prevent rust on the screw holes.
- Install the evaporator cover kit on the top of the unit and secure it with stainless steel screws as shown in photo 9.
