PZ W065 Crew Cab Running Boards

Tools Required

• 13mm Socket
• Ratchet
• Torque Wrench

Notes

• Read this instruction carefully before starting installation.
• Proper tools will improve the quality of installation and reduce the time required.
• If missing parts or any damage is found, please take a picture, and contact us.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Step 1:
2. Locate three mounting positions on each side.
3. Carefully clean the factory paint on the studs before installation. Do not use power tools.
4. Step 2:
5. Attach the bracket to the rocker panel, and feed factory studs through the holes on the bracket.
6. Secure with (3) M8 flat washers, (3) M8 lock washers, (3) M8 hex nuts.
7. Repeat to install all brackets. Do not fully tighten.
8. Step 3:
9. Remove (6) M8 hex bolts and (6) M8 flat washers from the back of the step bar.
10. Slide mounting tracks to proper positions.
11. With assistance, lift and attach the step bar to brackets.

  * Secure the step bar on brackets with (6) M8 hex bolts and (6) M8 flat washers.
4. Repeat to install the other side step bar. Do not fully tighten.

4. Step 4:
5. Tighten M8 hex nuts on a vehicle with 15 ft. Ibs. torque.
6. Adjust the step bar to level and tighten M8 hex bolts with 15 ft. Ibs. torque.
7. After the step bar is installed, periodic check to ensure all mounting hardware remains secure and tight.
