Why is there no sound in my carplay?
Please make sure your audio output method Bluetooth/AUX/FM mode, only one of them is selected, the other 2 must be turned off when not in use ( A or there will be no sound)

Why is there a noise on the AUX output?
This is related to the quality of the cable, you can buy Noise Isolator from Amazon to remove the noise.
Why is the sound from my cell phone not transmitted to the CP-X? It only
plays on my cell phone?
Turn on bluetooth and wifi on your phone, turn on bluetooth on CP-X, pair and connect. (Note: only one of In Car Bluetooth/AUX/FM mode can be turned on. Otherwise no sound)

Video format requirement: below 1920*1080P resolution, MP4 format. Audio format requirement: mp3, ogg, wav, flac, aac, ape, wma
