Product Overview

The DecoFlex WireFree™ Surface In-Wall Adaptor allows for converting the surface-mount keypad into a flush-mount solution. It’s compatible with Decora face plates as well as two-piece screwless wall plates.

Important Notes

Codes: Install in accordance with all local and National Electrical Codes.
Environment: Ambient operating temperature: 4° F to 131° F (-20° C to 55° C), 0 to 90% humidity, non-condensing, IP54 rating.
Mounting: For optimal performance, DO NOT mount the control to a metal surface.
Battery: DO NOT use rechargeable batteries. Using improper batteries could damage the DecoFlex Surface keypad.
Cleaning: To clean, wipe with a clean damp cloth. Do not use any chemical cleaning solutions.

1. Insert adaptor into electrical box, aligning the mounting holes, and secure via two #6-32 flat-head
2. Insert keypad fully into
3. Install Decora wall plate and tighten two oval-head

NOTE: Use the appropriate adaptor based on the wall plate to ensure a flush-mounted result.
