Characteristics
Far infrared radiant heaters are produced according to a unique design and production technique. Using a specially coated aluminum panel, the heat generated by the heating element is transferred radiantly to people and objects with maximum efficiency. The heat radiated from the panel surface is absorbed by people, walls, floors and furniture, etc., just like sunlight. Infrared heating does not cause air movement, making the air cleaner as dust and particles are not disturbed and circulated. Traditional convection heating relies on air movement to distribute heat. The air remains less humid and gives you a feeling of fresh, comfortable warmth, comparable to the warmth of the sun.
- Comfortable:
- No wind, light or odor is generated during the operation of this product, so the indoor air is clean without floating dust
- Energy saving:
- High heat development and excellent heat distribution, consume less energy than traditional heating methods.
- Trustworthy:
- The indoor temperature can be adjusted freely, without limiting the heating season.
- Physiotherapy:
- The radiant heat can change the microcirculation of the body, the cell organization under the skin produces resonance, removes the barrier of microcirculation, adjusts and balances the nervous system, promotes metabolism and increases the physical strength of the body. It is very good for people’s health.

The panel makes noise when connected to power. | Due to the structural stress | |
of the heat insulator. | This is a normal phenomenon. |
Don’t worry about it.
The surface of the panel has been increased.| Due to the thermal expansion of the surface
material
| It is a normal phenomenon.
Don’t worry about it.
The surface of the panel is slightly warm| 1. the voltage is low.
2. In a low temperature environment.
| 1. Install a voltage regulator
2. It is a normal phenomenon.
Don’t worry about it.
No temperature display in the app| 1. no connection to the wifi.
2. Thermostat is off.
| 1. Check your WiFi
connection to the panel
2. Turn on the remote control.
Heater does not heat| The heater emits little to no heat the first time.| Leave the heater on for a few hours the first time, this is because the heating element is new and it must first warm up properly before the radiation can be felt.
