Product Usage Instructions
How to Assemble the Car:
The process of assembling the H2GP Sprint Car is straightforward but requires attention to detail. Follow these steps:
- Handle parts gently and avoid using excessive force during assembly.
- Ensure proper connection of chassis parts by aligning the lock-like connections.
- Practice assembling and disassembling the chassis to familiarize yourself with the process.
How to Produce Hydrogen:
To produce hydrogen for the car, follow these steps:
- Use a syringe to inject distilled water into the bottom nozzle of the electrolyzer on the oxygen side.
- Use only distilled water for this process.
- Disconnect the syringe when water flows out of the top nozzle on the oxygen side.
- Adjust gear ratio by switching spur gears and wheels for optimal performance.
Running the Car:
To operate the car, follow these steps:
- Ensure the hydrogen tank is filled and connected to the fuel cell.
- Connect the fuel cell to the motor using alligator clips.
- Always work in pairs when starting the car to ensure safety.
- To stop the car, disconnect one alligator clip from the motor.
FAQ
Q: How do I know if I assembled the chassis correctly?
A: Properly assembled chassis parts will have a secure lock-like connection and align with the base plate smoothly. Take your time and double-check the connections.
Q: Can I use tap water instead of distilled water for producing hydrogen?
A: It is recommended to use distilled water only to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the components.

HOW TO ASSEMBLE THE CAR
The process of putting together the kit is easy to under-stand and can be completed quickly. The H2GP Sprint chassis is made from durable Plexiglas, however improper use can lead to parts breaking. Take your time and practice putting the chassis together, taking it apart and putting it back together again.
The chassis parts have a “lock-like” connection that holds the part to the base plate. Always place one “leg” of the “lock-like“ connection and gently push in the other side.
HOW TO PRODUCE HYDROGEN
Using a syringe, inject distilled or purified water into the bottom nozzle of the electrolyzer on the oxygen (red) side.
USE DISTILLED WATER ONLY!
As soon as the water flows out of top nozzle (oxygen side), disconnect the
syringe.
TIP!
By switching spur gears and different wheels you can achieve optimal gear
ratio.
Have fun experimenting!
Finish all connections with the fuel cell:
- Bottom nozzles (on both sides) red/black pins
- Top nozzle (on the hydrogen side) gas tank
- Top Nozzle (on the oxygen side left open
Connect the battery pack to the electrolyzer and turn it on. Ensure to respect the polarity shown by the color code. You will see the inner gas tank fill with hydrogen gas.
HOW TO RUN THE CAR
Firstly, make sure your hydrogen tank is fully lled and connected to the fuel cell. Connect the fuel cell to the motor using alligator clips.
ALWAYS WORK IN PAIRS!
The car will start moving immediately once connected, be aware of this and make sure you have someone on the other side to catch the car. To stop the car, disconnect one alligator clip from the motor.
