How to Use
- Fill the Water Pan with approx. 1.5ltr water which comes to the level of the water line engraved in the Water Pan. When the Food Pan starts to float, it is an indication of too much water.
- Connect the power, then take the Food Pan with food from kitchen and put into the Water Pan. When the chafer is plugged in, the water in the Water Pan will start heating and gradually reach 75°C – 80°C. Hot water will give a quicker time of use. If cold water is used, let the water heat up for about 30 minutes before serving.
- Place the cover for serving.
How to Clean / Maintain
- Before cleaning, unplug the chafer.
- The stainless steel Food Pan is dishwasher safe. The Cover, Water Pan and the Base (with the Heating Element) should be wiped over with a damp cloth using mild detergent. If necessary, unscrew the Heating Element and clean the bottom part of the Water Pan.
