Pay attention! Previously, we advised to always turn the thermostat back to 0°C after usage. Please also make sure that you will be patient and carefull during HEATING.
Turn the thermostat to 190°C, step by step. It is recommended to do this in steps not bigger than +20°C. Every time it has reached the set temperature you can (re)set it higher in steps of 10-20°C. Following these instructions will improve the lifetime of the thermostat.

  1. When the actual temperature of the oil has not yet reached the set temperature, HEATING (red indication light) is ON and KEEP WARM (green light) will be OFF. When the actual temperature of the oil has reached the set temperature, HEATING (red light) is OFF and KEEP WARM (green light) will be ON.
  2.  Reset: if there is anyting causing an incorrect temperature measurement by the temperature sensor inside the oil tank (for instance, substance stuck on the temperature sensor), the temperature limiter at the back of the oil tank will trigger when the oil
it’s temperature is between 230°C-250°C. From this moment, the deep fryer cannot operate unit the oil it’s temperature falls back to 190°C or lower. When the oil temperature drops (to 190°C or lower), the user can reset the temperature limiter by pressing the button (protected by a black cap) at the back of the electromagnetic deep fryer. If during it’s operation, the temperature limiter triggers frequently, please contact your supplier.
