Electrical Wiring of the Remote Driver Box

  • Open remote driver box: 6× M6 screws (5 Nm torque).
  • AC Input: flex round cable 5 × 1.5 mm2 or 5 × 2.5 mm2 (Ø10-14mm).
  • Connect L1 , , L3 terminals (isolate & insulate L2 & Neutral separately) 277 – 480 Vac 50/60 Hz (for 3-Phase 415 V AC input & high voltage input LED driver).
  • DC Input: flex round cable 3× 1.5 mm2 or 3× 2.5 mm2 (Ø9-12mm). Connect V+, ,V- terminals.
  • Note: This Vdc output is not fixed (90/103/105/112/135) for different wattage variants.
  • Tighten the cable glands and tighten the cover of the remote driver box: 6 × M6 screws (5 Nm).

TURBO LED Fixture and Remote Driver Box Electrical Wiring

Junction Box on the LED Fixture (located at rear)

  • DC Input from the remote driver box: flex round cable 3 × 1.5 mm2 or 3 × 2.5 mm2 (Ø9 -12mm).
  • Open the rear junction box: 4 × M4 screws (3 Nm torque).
  • Connect V+ , V- , terminals.
  • Tighten the cable gland tightly and tighten the cover of the rear junction box: 4 × M4 screws (3 Nm).EYE-LIGHTING-Turbo-Remote-Driver-Box-3-Phase-fig-5

Important-Safety

This luminaire and remote driver box must be installed by a licensed electrician, following these installation instructions. Before carrying out any installation or maintenance on this luminaire, ensure that the main supply is fully isolated. High voltages greater than mains voltage can be present during operation. Any inadequate installation might cause falling, electric shock, fire, or other hazards. Ensure only qualified personnel inspect and maintains the luminaire. Excessive build-up of foreign material from outer surfaces should be cleaned to maintain the performance of the luminaire. Do not modify the luminaire, disassemble or replace any component without confirming with the supplier first. Do not touch the power supply when the luminaire is operating.
