How to Use

Charging

• Make sure that magnets are properly connected.
• The product has to be placed in the correct orientation on the Charging Terminal to charge, as shown in the image.

Cleaning & Storage

1. Disconnect USB Cable before cleaning.
2. Wash with cold or tepid water.
3. Use mild, neutral soap if needed.
4. Dry with towel.
5. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

The product won’t turn on/ the product won’t stay on/ the vibration is weak.

• Press and hold Button for 2-3 seconds.
• Ensure the item is fully charged.
• Deplete the battery completely once, then fully charge. There are cases where doing so several times will fix the problem. If a long time has passed since purchase, the product life of the battery may have ceased.
• Battery life may vary depending on usage and number of charging cycles.

The product won’t charge The charging Lamp isn’t bl1nk1ng.

• Is the USB Cable correctly attached?
• Please ensure the USB Cable is connected to all ports, facing the right direction.
• Is there any dirt on the connectors of the cables? If there is, please clean with a dry cloth or cotton swab.
• The Product may be fully charged. The Charging Lamp will turn off once fully charged.

The product won’t stop charging.

• Charging time may vary depending on the remaining battery level and ambient temperature of the product at the time of charging.
• Unplug/reconnect all connections.
• If there is any dirt on the connectors of the cables, please clean with a dry cloth or cotton swab.

• Do not fully insert item in body. •If you have a pre-existing medical condition please consult a physician before use.
• Immediately cease use if you feel excessive pain or discomfort during use. Contact a medical professional immediately.
• Do not use malfunctioning or damaged products.
• Do not attempt to fix the product if found defective.
• Do not allow metal objects such as coins or jewelry to come into contact with the charging terminal.

ATTENTION

• Do not share with others.
• Before first use and after every use, wash with tepid water, or a mild, neutral soap.
• Do not clean with cleansers, alcohol, highly acidic/alkaline cleaners, or corrosive substances.
• Do not store with insecticides, solvents, silicone items, or oil-based products.
• Waterproof up to 50cm (20″), do not place in deeper waters or expose to intense streams of water.
• The included USB cable is not waterproof. Wipe it with a damp cloth that has been wrung out well to clean.
• For first use, or use after a long period of disuse, please make sure to fully charge.
• To sustain battery life as long as possible, please recharge to full charge at least every 6 months.
• Only use included USB Cable with the Product.
• Do not use included USB cable with other devices.
• Please occasionally remove dust from USB Cable and Magnetic Terminal. While not charging, always remove USB cable from the electricity source.
• The USB Cable houses a strong magnet. Please keep away from cell phones, watches, magnetic strip cards, contactless cards, music players and any other device that is affected by magnetic fields. ®Do not excessively stretch the outer silicone layer.
• Use only water-based lotions with this product.
• Do not use in salt water or seawater.
• Do not use on the same part of the body for over 15 minutes.

Disposal
Regarding disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE).
This item should be taken to an appropriate collection point for proper disposal. Please do not dispose of household waste. The product contains a Li- ion Polymer Battery.

Product Warranty

• This product is covered by a One one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Please note the warranty will not cover the following circumstances:
• if you fail to show both this User Manual and Original Purchase Receipt. Abnormal usage methods or usage methods deemed inappropriate or otherwise mentioned as invalidating Warranty in this User Manual.
• Damages made during delivery of product, moving of product, or accidental damages.
• Damages caused by natural disasters or use at wrong voltage or electrical surges. If the item is damaged from normal wear-and-tear of the product during fair use.
