Product Information

The Turbo.Mini 100W/50W LED FLOODLIGHT is a high-performance lighting solution for both indoor and outdoor use. It has an IP66 IK09 rating, making it weather and impact-resistant. The luminaire comes with a clear optic and has a beam angle of 201 m2. It has a maximum pole height of 8m and weighs around 3-6kg. The product is manufactured by Eye Lighting Australia Pty Ltd.

Product Usage Instructions

Installation: The luminaire should be positioned in such a way that prolonged staring into the luminaire at a distance of 3m is not expected. Only professionals are allowed to operate the product. The mounting instructions can be found on page 2 of the user manual. The product can be mounted on the floor, ceiling, or wall. Make sure you mount it correctly to avoid any accidents.
Aiming: The aiming angle indicator can be found on the product. Make sure to adjust the luminaire so that it illuminates the area you want to light up. You can adjust the angle on all three sides of the product.
Electrical Wiring: The product comes factory-wired, so you don’t have to worry about wiring it yourself. Ensure that you tighten the cable glands and replace the lid of the lesser chamber with four M4 screws (3Nm). The product has a dimmer table with three output values: 100%, 75%, and 50%. To set the dimmer value, refer to the table and follow the instructions provided.

MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS

Important Note: Do not install the LED fixture at more than 8m height.

AIMING INSTRUCTIONS

Aiming:
2 x toothed gear locks secure the mounting bracket allowing rotation with 5° increment.

1. Loosen (2x) M8 bolts partially on both sides without removing the bolts.
2. Tilt the LED Fixture to desired aiming position/angle using angle indicator at front of the fixture.
3. Retighten the (2x) M8 bolts on both sides. 930Nm.

ELECTRICAL WIRING

Lesser Chamber on the LED Fixture

• Open the rear Lesser Chamber lid: 4 x M4 Screws (3Nm)
• AC loop-in: Flex round cable up to 3 × 2.5 mm?
• Connect Loop-in: L, ,N terminals with single-phase 220-240 V 50 Hz AC input
• AC loop-out (If applicable): Flex round cable up to 3 × 2.5mm? Connect
• Loop-out (If applicable): L, , N terminals to the next
• Tighten the cable glands and replace lid of the Lesser Chamber: 4 x M4 Screws (3Nm)

Safety Note:

• This luminaire and remote gear box must be installed by a licensed electrician, following these installation instructions. Before carrying out any installation or maintenance on this luminaire, ensure that the mains supply is fully isolated. High voltages greater than mains voltage can be present during operation. Any inadequate installation might cause falling, electric shock, fire, or other hazards. Ensure only qualified personnel inspect and maintains the luminaire. Excessive build-up of foreign material from outer surfaces should be cleaned to maintain the performance of the luminaire. Do not modify the luminaire, disassemble or replace any component without confirming with supplier first. Do not touch the power supply when the luminaire is operating. Installer shall bear the consequences if the LED fixture & gearbox are not being secured in a proper/professional manner (screws & safety lanyard). Do not use the product in the following locations: locations where corrosive gases exist; locations where oil or chemicals are adhering; locations where humidity keeps being above 85% regularly; locations that flammable matters are nearby; locations filled up with dust.
• The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
• Any modification on luminaire will void the warranty.
• Refer to manufacturer/supplier for maintenance & parts replacement
