Wiring Instructions for JL-103B Photocell
JL-103B Photocell
The Correct Wiring for JL-103B Photocell
- JL-103B RED Load wire connected with LED fixture ‘L’ terminal
- Then LED fixture ‘N’ terminal connect with both JL-103B Black Neutral wire and AC input Blue Neutral wire
- Then JL-103B White Line wire connect with AC input Brown Active wire
- Then LED fixture ‘GND’ terminal connect with the AC input Green/Yellow Earth wire
How to Correctly Wire JL-103B Photocell
The most common Incorrect Wiring for JL-103B Photocell:
- Red Load wire of JL-103B directly connected to AC input Active wire
- White Line wire of JL-103B connected to the LED fixture ‘L’ terminal
Results of the Incorrect Wiring:
- The Lighting fixture will be ON/OFF every couple of seconds

Safety Note: This PE Cell must be installed by a licensed electrician,
following the installation instructions. Before carrying out any installation
or maintenance on this PE Cell, ensure that the mains supply is fully
isolated. Any inadequate installation might cause falling, electric shock,
fire, or other hazards. Do not modify the PE Cell. Do not touch the PE Cell
when the luminaire is operating. Installer shall bear the consequences if the
PE Cells are not secured in a proper manner. Any modification on the
PE Cells or luminaire to which PE Cell is connected will void the warranty.
