Neck & Shoulder Massager
Warnings and Precautions
- This product is for daily neck health care only, for serious cervical spondylosis, please consult your doctor before use.
- This product should not be used as a sleep pillow for the whole night. It is recommended to use this product 8 minutes at a time, and no more than 20 minutes per day.
- Since spinal recovery has a period, you may need 3-5 days to get used to the soreness and traction caused by this product.
- When using this neck pillow, blood will flow backward and some users may feel dizzy, so please control your time properly. After use, please sit up slowly and do some training to strengthen your neck muscles when you feel better.
- You may experience a slight tugging and soreness (similar to the soreness caused by massage) during the use. If any of your symptoms are worsening, such as severe pain, dizziness, arm numbness, muscle weakness, etc., please stop using this product immediately and consult your healthcare provider.

Causes of Neck Discomfort
People often bow their heads or extend their necks forward during daily activities such as reading, playing on phones, or using computers, which results in a tension of 5 to 10 times the gravity of the head on the posterior neck muscles. When these muscles are under abnormal tension for a long time, they are prone to strain and induce pain, resulting in restricted movement of the cervical spine in all directions, and in severe cases, it can cause cervical lordosis.

How to Relieve Discomfort?
- The acupoints and massage nodes on the neck pillow will stimulate the posterior cervical acupoints, helping release the tensions on the upper trapezius muscles and suboccipital muscles as well as dizziness and neck pain caused by these problems.
- Use a neck pillow to stretch the cervical spine by the gravity of the head and restore the cervical spine range of extension.

Gentle Traction: Place your head on the convex side, it will support
your head and provide gentle traction to your cervical spine, which is more
suitable for the initial transition.
Strong Traction: Put the convex side under your shoulder, it will float your head and provide strong traction to your cervical spine, which is more suitable for those who need stronger stretch after the initial transition.
How to Use
Step 1: Relax Your Neck
- Rest in a supine position on the floor or a hard bed.
- Put the product under your neck as the picture shows. It is recommended to start with gentle traction at an early stage.
- Set an alarm every time you use it. It is recommended to use it for 3 minutes for the first time, and no more than 8 minutes each time.(No more than 20 minutes per day)
- Gently rotate your head from left to right and nod your head up and down to find the most comfortable position. Lifting your chin slightly upward above your forehead would be better.
- Bend your knees, place your hands on either side of your head and keep breathing slowly.
- Please reposition the massage points every 1-2 minutes by gently rotating your head from left to right and nodding your head up and down to prevent local muscle fatigue.
- After use, please turn to your side and sit up slowly with your hands supporting your body.

Step 2: Training the Muscle Strength Around the Neck

Do the left-right, front-back isometric exercises with your head and hands against each other without position movement and pain to train the neck muscles. Holding each stretch 6-8s each time, repeat 3-5x in each direction.

Keep breathing slowly during the training, inhale on relaxation and exhale during exertion.

Maintenance and Care
- This product can not be machine-washed, soaked or disinfected with disinfectants containing alcohol, you can wipe the surface of the pillow with a clean wet towel for daily cleaning.
- If there is an odor, simply clean it with a clean wet towel and place it in a well-ventilated area for 24 to 48 hours.
- Do not place the product in an environment over 65℃, store it at room temperature.

1. This pillow feels very hard, what if it is painful to lie on it?
①This product is built for massage, so it needs to support your neck and the massage points need to be hard enough to stimulate your acupoints, so as to relax your neck.
