WARM TIPS FOR CONNECTION
- No Sound or Low Volume: Try to turn the volume up on soundbar and tv/phone. Because the volume of TV/phone and sound bar is separated, so you need to adjust the TV/phone volume to the max firstly, and then you can adjust the volume large or small on sound bar.
- HDMI/OPTI/COA Connection: Select the corresponding mode manually on soundbar – Setting the TV to PCM output (setting>sound/audio>digital audio format>PCM)
- HDMI ARC function has to be used in TV with HDMI ARC interface, there is no sound when connecting to a normal HDMI interface.
- AUX Connection: Connect the AUX cable to device and soundbar. Then change to the AUX mode by remote.
- USB Mode: USB is automatically recognized. Just put the music file in the root directory of the U disk, plug it into the USB interface of the soundbar, and it will automatically switch to the USB mode.
- The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS via your TV audio setting or streaming video APP audio setting.
