Mounting your ZIP-Screen on the crank side

You wont need brackets Ⓛ when mounting the PERGOLUX ZIP-Screen on the crank side (Version B).
The screen will be mounted pointing towards the inside of your pergola.

When you mount your ZIP-Screen on the side of the crank attache it pointing toward the inside of the pergola.
See the photos above as an example.
Press “Next” to follow the Step-by-step instruction.

Step 1
Make sure that the position of the ZIP-screen fabric is centered.

Step 2
If one side does not meet the size standard (20 mm), pull out the ZIP screen completely, and then adjust the fabric sideways so that it is centered.

Step 3
Unscrew the screws (M4X25) on the side track with an allen key (3mm), and then disassemble the tracks.

Step 4
Differentiate left and right sidetracks, so that the opening is facing forward.
Insert the back tracks into the ZIP-screen body.

Step 5
Install the PERGOLUX ZIP-Screen.

• Put the screen frame in a vertical position and place it on the pergola with the creen pointing towards the inside of the pergola.
• Drill holes in the pillars through the pre-existent holes in the backtrack. Use a 2mm metal drill bit.
• Fasten the backtracks with self-drilling screws (4X20).

Please note, that it is not necessary to use brackets Ⓛ in this step. The screen will also hold when solely attached to the pillars of the pergola.

Step 6
Ensure correct installation of both sidetracks.
The distance between the upper and lower ends of the tracks must be equal. Allowed error ≤ 3mm.

Step 7
Insert the zipper into the inner track, and then install the front track.
Make sure the V-shaped opening is facing upward. During this process do not tilt the track sideways, otherwise, the zipper might be damaged.

Step 8
Assemble the front track to the back track tightly, and fix with the M4X25 screws.

Step 9
Check that the PEROLUX ZIP-Screen is inside the track.
Make sure the measurements at the top, center and bottom are the same.

The assembly is now complete!
