HOW TO USE

• Remove food from the oven, and turn on the digital display by pressing the ‘ON/OFF’ button. Press ‘F/C’ to select a unit of measure. Insert a thermometer in the thickest part of the meat, immersing the stem at least 1″, but not in contact with bone, fat, or gristle, and wait for the temperature to stabilize.
• The ‘HOLD’ function allows internal temperature readings to be ‘LOCKED’ on the display after the thermometer is removed from the food.
• If additional cooking time is needed, remove the thermometer from the food and return the dish to the oven.
• The digital display can be powered off or will auto-shut off after a few minutes.
