Product Usage Instructions

  • Device Setup
    • Ensure the device is fully charged before use.
    • Place the device in the pool ensuring it is submerged in water within 1 minute of turning it on.
    • Allow the device to reach the bottom of the pool before it begins cleaning operations.
  • Cleaning Modes
    • The device offers Eco Mode for efficient cleaning. Follow these steps to use Eco Mode:
    • Short press the button after turning on the device to select Eco Mode.
    • Place the device in the water for automatic cleaning every 48 hours for 45 minutes per cleaning session.
    • Leave the device in the pool for one week to complete three cleaning cycles.
    • If removed during the sleep period, press the button to exit Eco Mode.
  • Troubleshooting
    • If you encounter issues with cleaning performance, follow these steps:
    • Check and clean the debris bin and filter after each use to prevent clogging.
    • If the impeller is clogged, refer to section 7.3 of the manual for cleaning instructions.
    • Replace aging roller brushes or filters for optimal performance.

Which pool types & structures is this device suitable for? Which are not suitable for this device?

The device performs as intended in pools made of concrete, fibreglass, vinyl, mosaic tiles, glass, and other materials; it cannot be used for infinity pools.

Can the device clean steps?

The device can climb steps, but it cannot clean them.

Why does the device automatically shut down after being turned on?

After the device is turned on for 30 s, it will turn the water pump briefly every 10 s to check whether it has entered the water 3 times. If it detects that it has not entered the water 3 times, it will shut down; please put the device into the pool within 1 min after starting the device. The device will begin cleaning within 10 s after it reaches the bottom of the pool.

Why does the device stay on my pool drain for a long time?

The suction of your pool drain may pull your device onto it, preventing the device from continuing its cleaning operations. Do not, under any circumstances, open the drain outlet while your device is cleaning the pool. If the device has become stuck, it will adjust its propulsion and work free within 3 minutes.

How do I use Eco mode?

After turning on the device, short press the button to select Eco Mode and put the device into the water. The device will clean the bottom of the pool every 48h for one week for a duration of 45 minutes per cleaning. The device may be left in the pool during the entire process and does not need to be retrieved until the three cleaning cycles over one week are completed. If the device is removed from the pool during the device's sleep period (within 48 hours of inactivity) and the button is pressed to wake up the device, the device will exit Eco Mode.

Why did the device not complete 3 bottom cleanings in Eco Mode?

It is recommended to fully charge your device before using Eco Mode. If the battery is insufficient, the device may not be able to complete the three programmed cleaning cycles.

Why does the device not achieve the expected cleaning eect?

The debris bin or filter may be clogged. It is recommended to wash these after each use to prevent debris from hardening in your device, thereby affecting performance. If performance is related to a clogged impeller, please disassemble, and clean the impeller as described in section 7.3 of the instruction manual. The roller brush or filter is aging, please replace it.

Why does the device leak out garbage after being removed from the pool?

Please check if the water inlet cover at the bottom of the debris bin is blocked by an object, as this may result in debris escaping the device. Please clean the device after each use to prevent blockage of these systems.

Why doesn’t the device climb the wall?

The contact surface between the caterpillar tread and the wall is insufficient, resulting in the device being unable to climb. The debris bin is full or the filter is clogged, causing the device to fail to climb the wall.

Why does the device perform a wheelie action and how can I solve it?

This action may be caused by the debris bin being full or the filter being clogged. Please use a high-pressure water gun to flush the debris bin.
