- Is standing stable
- The corresponding lightSTUDIO AW Headlight variant is on the lightSTUDIO AW Mount and is secured with the fastening straps.
- The appliance is built following the state of the art and recognized safety regulations. Nevertheless, its use may pose a risk to the life and limb of the user or third parties or cause damage to the appliance and other property.

- The lightSTUDIO AW Mount has been specially designed for the mounting and optimal use of lightSTUDIO AW Head variants as part of the lightSTUDIO AW bundle.
- This innovative mounting system offers a wide range of applications and ensures precise and secure mounting of the lightSTUDIO AW Head variants.
- a. General product description: The lightSTUDIO AW Mount is a mount for integrating lightSTUDIO AW Head variants into the lightSTUDIO AW bundle.
- Thanks to its robust construction and high-quality materials, it guarantees secure and stable mounting.
- b. Intended use: The primary function of the lightSTUDIO AW Mount is the professional mounting of lightSTUDIO AW Head variants that are part of the lightSTUDIO AW bundle.

- Install an older version of LightSTUDIO-S on it.
- Place mount on unstable floor (e.g., wobbly table)

Safety regulations
- General information
- The following organizational instructions must be observed to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the lightSTUDIO AW Mount.
- During transportation
- a). If the lightSTUDIO AW Mount is supplied without a lightSTUDIO AW Head variant: The lightSTUDIO AW Mount should always be trans-ported by 2 people. Users can hold the lightSTU-DIO Mount by gripping it by the two walls and transporting it.
- b). If the lightSTUDIO AW Mount is supplied with a light studio AW Head variant: Please make sure that the light studio AW Mount with the mounted light studio AW Head variant is properly and securely screwed together to ensure a stable and reliable mounting of the lightSTUDIO AW Mount – see Chapter 9.1.
- The appliance should be placed on a stable floor to ensure safe and level support.
- Ensure you read and follow the warnings regarding sharp edges in the operating instructions. These warnings protect against injury during the installation and handling of the lightSTUDIO AW mount.
- WARNING! Risk of bolt injuries
- Injury due to extended bolts
- Before transporting, make sure that the bolts are wrapped in bubble wrap, for example, to prevent injury.

Care, maintenance, and inspection work
- The device is maintenance-free.
- The lightSTUDIO AW Mount must be checked before starting work. To do this, carry out the steps in chapter 9.1.

- This product has no special disposal requirements.

Unpacking the machine
- The lightSTUDIO AW Mount is supplied in a wooden box.
To unpack:
- Open the box.
- Remove the plastic bag containing the documentation and accessories.
- Remove the lightSTUDIO AW mount.

Installation and commissioning
Installation
- The appliance may only be operated indoors.
- Place the lightSTUDIO AW Mount on a stable, level surface.
- The light studio AW Mount requires a footprint of 134 x 84 cm and an additional 15 cm of space at the rear for the connection cables and the power supply unit.

Installation of a light studio AW Head variant
- Before commissioning, ensure a lightSTUDIO AW Head variant has been securely installed.
- See the Checking section in Chapter 9.1

- Minor injury
- With an AW lighthead version, make sure your fingers are not trapped.
Commissioning
- The lightSTUDIO AW mount is used in combination with a lightHEAD-AW variant. To use the lightHEAD-AW variant, please refer to the cor-responding operating instructions.
Operating and display elements
Control elements on the superstructure
- The device has two control elements on the lightSTUDIO AW Mount itself.
- These elements are located next to the IEC socket for the power supply unit of the mounted lightHEAD-AW version.
Help with faults or errors
- In the event of faults or malfunctions of the lightSTUDIO AW Mount, please contact the Image Engineering support team immediately.
Maintenance and inspection work for opera-tors
Control
Before starting work and commissioning, check daily that the lightSTUDIO AW Mount:
- Visually, it is in perfect condition.
- It stands securely on a stable base.
- If you have purchased the mount with a matching lightSTUDIO AW Head, make sure that the device is connected to the corresponding lightSTUDIO AW Head vari-ant at five points (2x left, 2x right, and 1x front) (see Figure 6).
Care
Clean the lightSTUDIO AW Mount with a dry material if it is dirty.
Maintenance work
The lightSTUDIO AW Mount is maintenance-free.
Disposal and recycling
This product has no special disposal requirements.
