Computer-1 Aluminium Assembly
The Computer-1 Aluminium Assembly is a high-quality computer assembly kit that includes all the necessary components required to build a computer. The kit includes a backplate, a left plate, a right plate, a front plate, a bottom plate, metal handles, silicone feet, a power switch, a USB-C cable, pin header cables, a PCI-E slot cover, a black paper mask, and silicone plug. The assembly kit is designed to be compatible with most motherboards and SFX power supply units.
Product Usage Instructions
Computer-1 Aluminium Assembly
Before starting the assembly process, it is recommended that you read through the instructions carefully and visit Teenage. engineering for recommended components.
Product Step-by-Step Assembly
- Bend all 6 tabs on the backplate. If no GPU is installed, plug PCI-E slots with silicone covers.
- Attach the case fan cable to the motherboard.
- Connect power cables, and mount RAM, CPU, and cooler on the motherboard. Attach the motherboard to the left side (B, C).
- Attach the SFX power supply with the fan facing down (use power supply vendor screws).
- Make all bends on the bottom plate and attach silicone feet (I).
- Attach the power switch (L) to the front panel. Put the black paper mask (G) on the switch. Attach audio (K) to the front panel. Optional: replace the metal nut with orange plastic nut (J).
- Connect the audio and switch to the motherboard using pin header cables (N). See the motherboard user guide for a pinout diagram.
- Attach the backplate to the left plate (A). If the IO shield is used, attach the shield to the backplate.
- Attach the bottom plate to the left plate (A).
- Make all bends on the front plate and attach handles (H, D).
- If the motherboard supports a USB-C connector, attach a USB-C cable (M) to the front panel (B). If not, attach the PC-1 silicone plug (F).
- Attach GPU (if used) and secure the bracket in the backplate slot.
- Make sure all modules and cables are connected to the motherboard and PSU. (Please refer to the manufacturer’s manual.)
- Attach the front plate to the left plate (A).
- Attach the fan to the right side plate (E, B).
- Power up and test connections before continuing.
- Attach the right side plate (A).
Note: Think twice, bend once! Do not overtighten screws. For easier assembly, pre-tap all 20 tabs using a metal screw (do not tighten the screw).

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
