ASSEMBLING A MESH TWO-DOOR CABINET
Make sure you have the below components.
- A Back
- B Right-Hand Side (cutout of the bottom right)
- C Left Hand Side (cutout of the bottom left)
- D Front
- E Top (there are 6 tabs at the top)
- F Bottom (there are 2 cutouts)
- G Shelves (QTY 5)
- H Lock Cover
- I Hardware
STEP ONE
- Place the back (A) flat on the floor.
STEP TWO
- Place the RHS (B) under the edge of the back and screw in only where the 2 holes meet in the middle and then screw in the bottom (don’t screw the top, you will come back to this later).
STEP THREE
- Repeat “Step Two” with the LHS (C)
- Stand up the unit (see image below).
STEP FOUR
- Connect the 2 sides with the door (D) by making it lock into place. No screws are necessary.
STEP FIVE
- Entering from inside of the locker, put the top (E) into place by putting 2 screws on either side of the back and pushing the front tabs into the door frame.
- NOTE: It’s a good idea to do 1 screw at the back and then to the opposite diagonal front tab. This helps avoid the top from falling in, or the door coming out of place.
STEP SIX
- Entering from inside of the locker, put the bottom (F) into place (the front lip goes over the door edge). No screws are necessary.
STEP SEVEN
- Put the shelves (G) into place (4 shelf clips required per shelf).
STEP EIGHT
- Put the lock cover into place with a screw.
STEP NINE
- Plastic covers inside the doors (one for each side) and you are done.
