Product Usage Instructions
Opening the Cabinet
Open the door of the 18-inch wide cabinet of your kitchenette. For the
CK72ADASINKL model, the cabinet is located to the right of the sink. For the
CK72ADASINKR model, the cabinet is located to the left of the sink. Note that
the CK54 model will include TWO doors.
Removing Door Screws
Remove the two screws on the hinge side of the door. For the CK54 model,
remove the screws of the hinges on each door.
Removing Front Support Bar
Locate the front support bar at the bottom front of the cabinet. Remove the
screws on the left and right side of the bar that attach it to the sides of
the cabinet.
Removing Middle Shelf
Unscrew the two screws underneath the front lip of the middle shelf, and
the two screws in the back of the shelf holding it to the walls of the
cabinet. Remove the middle shelf.
Removing Bottom Shelf
Remove the four screws attaching the bottom shelf to the cabinet and slide
the bottom shelf out of the unit. Note: Leave the back, mid-height support bar
in place as it provides structure to the unit once the shelves are removed.
Drilling a Hole for Hoses
Drill a hole with a diameter of approximately 2 inches in the sink-side
wall of the cabinet to accommodate the water intake and drain hoses. It is
recommended to line the inside of the drilled hole with a rubber grommet to
prevent the metal from cutting into the drain hose.
Installing the Dishwasher
Feed the intake and drain hoses through the drilled hole. Push the
dishwasher back into the combo kitchen, ensuring that the hoses are tucked
into the channel at the bottom rear of the dishwasher. There should be
sufficient room for both hoses when the dishwasher is pushed back to be flush
with the front of the combo kitchen.
