Product Usage Instructions

1. We recommend installation to be performed by a trained and/or qualified technician.
2. Remove OE mufflers, right and left.
3. Remove rubber exhaust hanger bushings from the mufflers (if they were removed with the mufflers in step 2).
4. Install OE rubber exhaust hanger bushings to REMARK axle backs.
5. Check to ensure that the OE donut type gaskets located on the mid pipe are in good condition.
6. Install REMARK axlebacks.
7. Align flanges, and reuse OE bolts and springs. Snug all hardware so that sections cannot move.
8. Check the positioning of the exhaust piping and tips(s). Reposition if needed by loosening hardware, adjusting the position, and retightening hardware.
9. When placement is confirmed, tighten all hardware to the recommended torque spec.
10. Gently shake/move the exhaust system to ensure there is proper clearance around the entire system, especially the tips to the bumper.
11. Thoroughly wipe down the exhaust system from any grease, dirt, handprints, fingerprints, etc… as these may cause a permanent stain once the exhaust reaches operating temp.
    • NOTE: If optioned with the Burnt finish tips, make sure to only clean with car wash soap and water. Some cleaners may affect the Burnt finish.
12. Start the engine.
13. Check for any leaks, fitment issues, rubbing, etc..
14. Re-check for exhaust leaks, and fitment issues, and re-torque all hardware after ~100 miles of driving.

Q: What is the warranty coverage for this product?

• A: The product comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer defect warranty from the date of purchase.
• All warranty claims are subject to inspection by REMARK at their facility.
• The warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

Q: What situations are not covered under warranty?

• A: Warranty will not be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence, mishandling, weather conditions, natural disasters, road/off-road conditions, accidents/collisions, acidic cleaning products, steel wool usage, or wear and tear from ordinary use.
• Improper installation or misuse of the product may also void the warranty.

Q: Are there any restrictions on product usage?

• A: All products are intended for use on public streets and highways. Vehicle manufacturer warranty may be voided if any modifications or removals of OEM(factory) components are determined.
• Federal and state laws may prohibit any device affecting vehicle emissions from being modified or removed.

• Limited Warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product
• REMARK is not responsible for fitment issues on non-US spec vehicles as all products are developed on US spec models
• Product finishes are not covered under warranty and are considered wear & tear
• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. That includes weather conditions, natural disasters, any road/off-road conditions, and any accidents/collisions you were part of.
• Acidic cleaning products or steel wool are not to be used unless by a trained professional. Some chemical cleaning products may damage the product and/or finishes.
• Wear and tear (the damage that happens to our product in ordinary use) is not covered by our limited warranty.
• Improper installation or misuse of the product may lead to failure and damage to both the product and the vehicle. The user assumes all responsibility.
