If you have forgotten the password, you can reset it after registering the mower on the “Personal Information” page by clicking “>” to the right of your profile name. Continue by clicking on “Change login password”.

Click on “Send”, you will receive an email with a verification code that you must enter, you have 120 seconds to do so.

2.2 Anonymous login

Without an account to log in, the application will give the right to temporary user a random card to use it.
In the Anonymous login it is possible only to control the robotic mower via Bluetooth in a range of 6 meter around the robotic mower with a limited numbers of function in the APP. A Wi-Fi connection in this mode is not possible.

With use of a Wi-Fi connection, the customer actively receives messages on the phone about the status of the robotic lawnmower and this can also be controlled via this connection from anywhere.

  1. =the number of mowers the APP is connected to

It is recommended to use an account to store the operating data of your mower(s).

How to add robotic lawnmower in APP ?

Powerplus POWDPG6010 Robotic Lawnmower - b1

Click “ ” or “ ” to start adding robotic mower

Make sure the mower is turned on and the Bluetooth is turned on in the phone. The App automatically searches for the robotic lawnmower, the max distance between the mower and cell phone is 6m.

Powerplus POWDPG6010 Robotic Lawnmower - b7

If you have more than one robotic lawnmower nearby, you will see the mower list after searching. Choose the one you want to add and then in the PIN verification page, enter the PIN and add mower.
You can later select the mower in the start-up screen by swiping left or right.
Note: If you have previously added a mower and then removed it, after the automatic search, the mower will immediately appear on the screen and you only have to enter the PIN code.

If there is no robotic mower searched out or no expected robotic mower searched out, click “ ” to add the mower manually or by scanning the QR-code on the machine type label (battery cover).
The serial number of the machine is located on the inside of the battery cover

If you have only one robotic mower, you will be taken to pin code verification page directly after robotic mower is searched out, input the pin code of the robotic mower, go to verification page
(If you select a serial number in the list and click “ Add now ” button, you will also be taken to pin code input page)
After mower being added, Wi-Fi setting is optional, and then there is an option to change the device password

Click “ ” to delete the robotic mower, click “ ” to rename the robotic mower, click “ ” to Share the robotic mower, click” ” to connect to the robotic mower. This function can be helpful. The customer can actively share their robotic lawnmower, e.g. with a neighbour who takes care of it while the owner is on holiday.
If you would like to share your mower, please click on the main screen on the robotic mower picture, from the model which you would like to share.
Then you have in the right top corner the share button where you can enter the Mail address of the neighbour.
Note: The first person who scans the mower for the first time/searches via Bluetooth to add the device will be the only person who can access this feature! If a second person connects to the mower, the “Share” function will not be available.

  1. Firmware versions
  2. Child lock setting
  3. Password reset
  4. Users can set the mower for multiple work zones
  5. Mower will work in the rain when rain sensor is turned off

If the mower is connected via Bluetooth, add the Wi-Fi settings or reset the mower settings. The setting screen is displayed as follows:

  1. Set up the network for the device

  3. Click “ Save ” to enter the calendar list, only up to 3 new calendars can be created and only one can be activated. On the calendar list page, you can rename the calendar settings, boundary cut settings, and view the details. Notice in the Calendar settings you can select “Boundary Cut”, here you can select the days you want the mower to cut first the boundary line and afterward continue to start mowing the lawn.
  4. Non-mowing time ” means the time when the mower is not allowed to workset in the same way as the mowing time
  5. 24 hours working mode enabled, calendar will be unavailable until 24 hours work mode being closed.
  6. If there is no calendar , put the mower in charging station, and start the mower manually, the mower will create a new automatically schedule that take manual start time as schedule start time and the task window last for 8 hours, if there is a automatically schedule created before, the new schedule will overwrite the old one
  7. If there is no calendar , put the mower out of charging station, and start the mower manually, the mower will not create a new automatically schedule, but if there is a automatically schedule created before, it will keep unchanged
Multi-zones:

“Multi-zone management” supports the user in two areas:

  1. In complex gardens where the robotic lawnmower has difficulty reaching specific areas due to random mowing.
  2. For separate lawn areas connected only by a narrow corridor 6 inches or wider.

“Multi-zone management” allows the user to set up to 5 different starting points on the full length of the boundary wire for the robotic lawnmower. This also helps ensure that a single robotic lawnmower can mow different areas. “Zones” are areas of the lawn that must be mowed separately due to their shape or location. For example, this could be the front, side and backyard of a house and all this with one charging station.
There must always be a common zone or path that connects the three zones.

Powerplus POWDPG6010 Robotic Lawnmower - d1Fig.1

To start setting up the Multizone setup, it is necessary that the mower’s battery is at least 50% charged.
The mower must be connected via Bluetooth (within a distance of max. 6 m

Fig.2

Instellen van Multi-Zones:

To set the Multi-zone schedule:
The Multi-zone schedules of the robotic lawnmower are programmable, a percentage of the mowing time can be set per zone. Example Fig.1 where two mowing zones are set, a starting point is set for each zone (by pressing the Flag button the mower will record the starting point of the zone, max. 5) and then the percentage of mowing time required to to mow this zone is determined with a total of 100% for all three mowing zones together.

Powerplus POWDPG6010 Robotic Lawnmower - d8

Example:
Suppose the robotic lawnmower is set to mow seven times per week (one mow per day). One mowing = 100%. If you allocate 30% to zone 1, 30% to zone 2 and 40% to zone 3, your robotic lawnmower will perform 2 mowing sessions in zone 1 and 2 in zone 2 and 3 in zone 3 over the course of a week.

Remark:
A minimum of 2 and a maximum of 5 different mowing zones can be set. The robotic lawnmower mows the different mowing zones in numerical order.
The mowing zones are separated by a narrowed passage, with a distance of at least 15 cm between the boundary cables. This should ensure that the robotic lawnmower can move independently from one zone to another. By creating a narrowed passage, the robotic lawnmower can follow the boundary wire and thus reach each mowing zone.

When creating narrow passages it is important that the boundary wire is not laid on top of the path, otherwise damage is possible from passers-by or from the robotic lawnmower itself. If you have a tile path, you can lay the boundary wire between the tiles and then cover it with mortar.
If the boundary wire is laid under a tile path or similar, it must not be deeper than 5 centimeters, otherwise the signal will be too weak and cannot be detected by the robotic lawnmower.

What if the lawn consists of two or more separate mowing zones?
The boundary wire must always be connected to the charging station. If the lawn consists of two (or more) parts, they must be separated by an area inaccessible to the robotic lawnmower, but still connected to the same boundary wire.
To create two closed mowing zones with the boundary wire, the two forward and backward boundary wires between two zones must be laid close to each other with a minimum distance of 15 cm.
