DIY Pave-Patch Mixing

Product Usage Instructions

1 and 2-gallon Pave-Patch Mixes:

Pour all contents of Part B Activator into a large mixing bucket.
Pour all contents of Part A into the large mixing bucket.
Mix with a 1/2 heavy-duty drill and supplied mixing wand for 3 minutes, moving the drill up and down until thoroughly mixed.

15-Gallon Pave-Patch Mixes:

Pour one quart of Part B Activator into a large mixing bucket.
Pour 1/2 gallon of Part A (1/4 of the two-gallon Part A bucket) into the large mixing bucket.
Mix with a 1/2 heavy-duty drill and supplied mixing wand for 3 minutes, moving the drill up and down until thoroughly mixed.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining mixes.

150-gallon Pave-Patch Mixes:

Pour one quart of Part B Activator into a large mixing bucket.
Pour 1/2 gallon of Part A (1/4 of the two-gallon Part A bucket) into the large mixing bucket.
Mix with a 1/2 heavy-duty drill and supplied mixing wand for 3 minutes, moving the drill up and down until thoroughly mixed.

Repeat the above steps for the remaining mixes.

Use for Interior of Exterior Surfaces

Concrete horizontal/vertical surfaces, clean sanded metal, asphalt, plastic, and wood.

1 and 2-gallon Pave-Patch Mixes

Pour all contents of Part “B” Activator into a large mixing bucket. Pour all contents of Part “A” into the into large mixing bucket. Mix with a 1/2” heavy- duty drill and supplied mixing wand for 3 minutes moving the drill up and down, until thoroughly mixed.

Slowly add aggregate to the mixed contents in the mixing bucket and continue to mix thoroughly. We recommend using a proportionate amount of aggregate to the mixed container, for example: if you mix half the epoxy use half the sand. Apply mixed product within 40 minutes at 70 °F. (shorter time to use if warmer)

15-Gallon Pave-Patch Mixes

Pour one quart of Part “B” Activator into a large mixing bucket. Pour 1/2 gallon of Part “A” (1/4 of the two-gallon Part A bucket) into a large mixing bucket. Mix with a 1/2” heavy-duty drill and supplied mixing wand for 3 minutes moving the drill up and down, until thoroughly mixed.

150-Gallon Pave-Patch Mixes

Pour one quart of Part “B” Activator into a large mixing bucket. Pour 1/2 gallon of Part “A” (1/4 of the two-gallon Part A bucket) into a large mixing bucket. Mix with a 1/2” heavy-duty drill and supplied mixing wand for 3 minutes moving the drill up and down, until thoroughly mixed.
