COMMON PROBLEMS AND SIMPLE TROUBLESHOOTING

1. Cannot boot normally

9. La cámara de marcha atrás no se muestra
   1. Cableado incorrecto o cableado faltante. Método de conexión de la cámara:
10. Encuentra accesorios: 1 cámara + 1 cable de alimentación + 1 cable de video. 2) Encuentre el puerto del cableado. Primero busque la línea de control inversa en la línea de alimentación de la
    unidad. La línea de control es una línea rosa, conecte esta línea al polo positivo de 12V y la pantalla se volverá azul. Y luego encuentre la interfaz de entrada de video CAM en la parte posterior de la unidad, encuentre el positivo y el negativo de la luz de respaldo. 3) Hay dos enchufes en la cámara, el enchufe rojo está conectado al cable de alimentación, el amarillo se inserta en el cable de video, el cable rojo del cable de alimentación y el cable del cable de video están atornillados juntos en el polo positivo de la lámpara de marcha atrás, y el cable negro del cable de alimentación no se usa, el otro extremo del cable de video está conectado a la interfaz de entrada de video CAM en la parte posterior de la unidad. La línea roja que sale de la línea de video está conectada a la línea de control de marcha atrás de la línea de alimentación. 2. La cámara está rota. 11. Los dispositivos USB no se pueden reproducir
    1. Formatee el disco flash USB y seleccione el sistema de archivos como: FAT32, vuelva a descargar una o dos canciones e inténtelo de nuevo. Si aún no funciona, reemplace la unidad flash USB.
12. La radio no recibe la emisora de radio
    1. El enchufe de la antena no está completamente insertado, la antena está desconectada o la línea está desconectada.
    2. Busque la estación, presione AS buscará automáticamente o presione el botón antes o después.
    3. No puede resolver los 2 puntos anteriores. Desenchufe el enchufe de la antena y busque un destornillador o una tira de metal para insertarlo en lugar de la antena.

12. No hay sonido justo después de la instalación.
    1. Estimados clientes, la unidad ha sido probada antes del envío. Si no hay sonido, generalmente es un error de cableado o el cable original del altavoz del automóvil está cortocircuitado con hierro. Según los pasos para comprobarlo:
    2. Compruebe si el cable del altavoz está cortocircuitado y conectado. Vuelva a conectar si tiene algún cortocircuito.
    3. Verifique cuántos cables de altavoz hay de acuerdo con el cable de altavoz original si solo hay 2 cables de altavoz para demostrar que la línea original del automóvil no coincide con nuestra unidad, debe redirigir la línea original del automóvil. Un altavoz debe conducir a 2 cables de altavoz. 2 altavoces deben tener 4 cables de altavoz disponibles.
13. No hay sonido después de un rato
    1. Desconecte todos los cables de los altavoces de la unidad (no los quite) y luego busque un altavoz externo para recibir el gris y el morado de la línea de cola de la unidad. Haga verde cualquier grupo y luego intente ver si hay algún sonido. Si hay un sonido, se prueba que la línea del altavoz del automóvil está cortocircuitada con hierro o que el altavoz está dañado. Si no hay sonido, la unidad está rota.
    Consejos: si se actualiza el dispositivo, las funciones están sujetas a cambios sin previo aviso.
