SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANT
READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
When using electrical products, basic precautions should always be followed
including the following:

When products are used in outdoor applications connect this product toa ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) outlet. If one is not provided, contact a certified electrician for proper installation.

Do not use with extension cord near water or where water may accumulate.
Keep lamps at least 16 ft. (4.88 m) from pools and spas. -
This product has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other) as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit squarely in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, consult a certified electrician. Do not use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted.
Do not alter or replace the plug. -
Disconnect power at the source prior to wiring, re-lamping, or servicing in any way.

Do not secure the wiring of the product with staples or nails, or place on sharp hooks or nails,

Do not mount or place near gas or electric heaters, fireplace, candles, or sharp hooks or nails, other similar sources of heat.
WARNING: RISK OR FIRE
- Do not replace the attachment plug. It contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product if the attachment plug is damaged.
- Do not let bulbs rest on the supply cord or on any wire.
- Do not use this product for other than its intended use.
- Do not hang ornaments or other objects from the cord, wire, or bulbs.
- Do not close doors or windows on the product or extension cords as this may damage the wire insulation.
- Do not cover the product with cloth, paper, or any material not part of the product when in use.
CAUTION:
- When multiple products are connected do not exceed 12 or 24 watt.
- Do not overload. Connect other string lights end-to-end up to a maximum of 12 or 24 watts depending on the string light.
- To avoid risk of shock, always make sure the product is unplugged from the electrical outlet before assembling, disassembling, installing, relocating, servicing, or cleaning it.
- When connecting multiple sets protect connection(s) from direct exposure to rain and water. Do not allow connection(s) to become wet.
- Inspect the wire insulation for any cuts, abrasions, or exposed copper that may have occurred during shipping. If there is a defect in the wire, do not attempt installation.

TROUBLESHOOTING
The lights will not turn on:

Notes on Disposal
The product is designated for separate collection at an appropriate collection point.

Electrical safety
- To reduce risk of electric shock, this product should only be opened by an authorized technician when service is required.
- Do not use the product if the cable or plug is damaged or defective. When damaged or defective, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or an authorised repair agent.
- Before use, always make sure that the voltage is the same as the voltage on the rating plate of the device.
- Make sure that the cable does not hang over the edge of a worktop and cannot be caught accidentally or tripped over.
Warning
- The light source contained in this luminaire shall only be replaced by the manufacturer or his service agent or a similar qualified person.
- Caution, risk of electric shock.
- The external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire cannot be replaced; if the cord is damaged, the luminaire has to be destroyed.
