6 Caution

❶ Please remove the protective film before use; otherwise, the headphones will not be able to charge.

Tear off the protective film

❷ If the headphones cannot be charged, please clean the magnet charging contact on the earbud and the charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.

❸ If the sound becomes slow, please clean the protective grilles of both earbuds.

7 How to Charge?

Place the earbuds properly into the charging case, then use the included USB-C charging cable to connect the charging case. Plug the other end of the cable into a power supply using a 5V/1A adapter (not included), and the earbuds will start charging.

The USB-C charging cable is in the white paper box.

Note: If the earbud’s battery is lower than 10%, you will hear the voice prompt “battery low” several times, followed by “power off” in turns.

LED Power Display

Show the remaining battery percentage of the charging case from 0 to 100. ‘0’ indicates that the charging case needs charging, while ‘100’ means that the charging case is fully charged.

Flash down and up when the earbud is charging.
Stop flashing when the earbud is fully charged.

Earbud’s LED light: When the red light is on, the earbud is being charged. They go off when the earbud is fully charged.

8 How to power on/off & pair?

Automatically Power on/off & Pairing

(Make sure the earbuds and charging case have power.)

1. Take out the earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.

2. For first-time pairing: Activate Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and connect “S12”.

For subsequent use: When you take out the earbuds from the charging case, they will automatically connect to your device.

Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device over 5 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically.

3. Put the earbuds back into the charging case, they will disconnect and power off automatically.

Manually Power on/off

If the earbuds are powered off while outside of the charging case, simply press them for 2s to power them on.
Disconnect the Bluetooth with your device, press either earbud for 5s, both earbuds will power off simultaneously.

Pair with Other Devices

S12 sports headphones feature a memory connect function that allows them to automatically connect with the last paired device. If you wish to pair them with a different device, please follow these steps:

① Disconnect “S12” from the last paired device.

② On your new device, search for and select “S12” to establish a new connection.

Mono Mode (Only Left/Right Earbud is being Used)

You can use one earbud alone, and leave another one in the charging case.

When in Dual mode, put one earbud into the charging case.
Or only take one earbud out of the charging case, then search & connect “S12” on your device.

9 Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

When only one side plays music;
When you can’t find “S12” on your device;
Occur connection issues.

How to reset?

❶ Delete “S12” record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
❷ Quick-click on both earbuds 5 times simultaneously to clean the pairing record with the last paired device.
(* During this period, both earbuds’ LED will flash Red light
for 3 times.)
❸ Put both earbuds into the charging case to get charged for 1 minute.
Now, pick up the earbuds to turn them on, activate the Bluetooth setting on your device and select “S12” to connect, it should work properly.

Note: If it still doesn’t work, please repeat the steps to try again.

10 How to sync volume on Android?

To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android’s limitation max volume is quite low for Bluetooth audio devices. If you feel the volume is too low, please access developer options and enable absolute volume so you’ll be able to max the volume at your own volition and to the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earphones.
