Product Overview

First-time use

• Prior to first use, please remove the blue insulation sticker of the earbuds.
• Fully charge both earbuds and charging case when first-time use.
• Keep the charging port dry before charging,
• Use the provided USB-C charging cable to get charge.

• Keep away from liquids and extreme heat
• Keep the earbuds out of children’s reach.
• Do not throw and drop the earbuds to avoid damage.
• Do not disassemble the earbuds, or make any modifications to the structure or any part of it.
• Low Battery Warning :
  • Earbud LED Light Red light flashes once every s secs.
  • Prompt Sound: “please charge’ sound every 1 minute.

LED Battery Power Display

Battery indicator of Charging Case
When charging, the digital display will show the Real-time power of the charging case from “0” to “100”; When fully charged, it will be 100 all the time until the power supply is cut off.

Put the earbuds back into the box to charge the earbuds. The battery icons will flash when charging, will turn off after fully charged.

• Features with NTC temperature-control protection, B16 earbuds will not charge if the temperature reaches 45 degrees or highe (Charging case will automatically protect themselves in that case.) It is recommended to stop charging firstly, recharge after the temperature drops below 45 degrees.

Power On/Off

Automatically Power On/Oft
The earbuds will automatically power on when you take the earbuds out of the charging case; they will power off when you put them back into the case.

Manually Power On
Touch & hold earbud for 3s, the earbud’s LED light will flash Blue for 1s and then power on.

Manually Power Off
Touch & hold either earbud for 5s, both will flash Red light and then power off. (In disconnected mode)

Bluetooth Connection

1. Both earbuds will automatically power on and enter a pairing mode when you take them out of the charging case.
2. Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, then search ‘816″ to connect.
   (You should hear prompt sound ·connected” if you wear the earbuds.)

Single Mode

• When on dual mode, put one earbud into the charging case.
• Only take one earbud out of the charging case and connect it.

Other Instructions

• Each time you use your earbuds, they will automatically connect to your last successfully connected device.
• The earbuds will automatically power off if there is no devices connected within 5 mins.
• Three ways to connect to other devices:
• Delete “B16′” on the Bluetooth list of the previous connected device.
• Before they connect to other devices, pies turn off the Bluetooth of the previous connected device.
• Reset the earbuds.

Factory restore setting

When should I do the reset?

• When only one side works, you can’t use the two earbuds together.
• When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or occur connection related issues.

How to reset?

1. Please click “Forget This Device” of the Bluetooth “816” on the device.

2. Tap both earbuds 5 times to clean the pairing record with the last paired device.
   (‘ You can see that both earbuds will turn to Red light and stay on for 1 sec then go off and hear the prompt sound ‘di” and then •power off”. J

3. Put both earbuds back into charging case and turn off the Bluetooth on the device.

4. Take the both earbuds out of the case first and turn on the Bluetooth on your device, find the “B16” to connect, they should work normally.
   (‘ If it still doesn’t work, please repeat t he steps to try again.)

Touch Control Functions

Incoming Call

• Answer Call: Tap earbud once
• End Call: Tap earbud twice
• Reject Call: Long-press earbud for 2 secs

Voice Assistance
Note: in standby/non-play mode
Tap earbud thrice

Music Mode

[ Functions on “R Earbud”]

• Pause/ Play: Tap earbud twice
• Next Track: Tap earbud thrice
• Volume+: Long-press earbud

(” In single mode, R Earbud only support next song and Volume+)

[ Functions on “L Earbud”]

• Pause/ Play: Tap earbud twice
• Previous Track: Tap earbud thrice
• Volume-: Long-press earbud

[• In single mode, L E11rbud only support previous song and Volume-}

Note: Prompt sound ‘Di’ will be produced when the volume reach minimum or maximum level.

• Q: When connecting to an Android p hone, I long-press the earbud, why the volume doesn’t change?
  • A: To protect users from potential hearing damage, Android’s limit on max volume is quite low for Bluetooth audio devices. If you feel the volume is too low, please access developer options and enable absolute volume, so you’ll be able to max the volume at your own volition and to the full capabilities of your Bluetooth earbuds.
• Q: What should I do if the earbuds stop charging?

1.  **A:** We advise you to charge the earbuds by using the supplied original charging cable.
2. Please make sure the earbuds and charging case are clean & dry before charging.
3. Please make sure the earbuds battery was run out if sometimes it can’t be charged properly.
