S4 Filament Dryer

Note: Please read this document before using the filament dryer

1. Do not place this product within the reach of children.
2. Pay attention to electrical safety during operation. Do not use this product near water, such as bathrooms, bathtubs, washbasins, etc. where water is easily taken.
3. Please use the original power cord or a power cord that meets safety certification requirements
4. When not using this product, please turn off the power to avoid sudden fire.
5. When drying filaments, do not place the product on tempera- ture-sensitive objects.
6. When drying filaments, please do not touch the heater or fan inside the box to avoid burns. When drying filaments, the upper cover of the drying box should be covered to avoid heat loss
7. In order to ensure the drying effect, do not open the dryer box at will during the operation.
8. If the product fails, please turn off the power and disconnect the power cord from the power outlet, then contact the after-sales support team.

Steps:

1. Install the Teflon tube (insert the Teflon tube into the filament outlet according to the picture).
2. Open the top cover and put the filament into the dryer box.
3. Thread the filament through the filament output of the filament dryer and the Teflon tube.
4. Connect the power supply and press the switch.

1. Click the power button to turn on; double-click the power button to turn off.

2. Click the SET button to select the menu.

3. Click the button to increase the value (or change the state).

4. Click the button to decrease the value (or change the state).

5. When the value is flashing, the target heating temperature can be set.

6. When C/F is flashing, the C/ F unit can be switched.

7. When SUNLU logo flashes, observe the status of the green LED light bar, and you can set the LED light bar (flow led, always on or off).

8. When the letter flashes, you can set the type of filament and use the recommended temperature parameters.

9. MO 1 Time control mode (shut down after countdown).
   MO 2 Humidity control mode (after the countdown ends, when the humidity slowly rises to 50%, it will automatically start heating until the humidity drops to 25%).

10. When time is blinking, you can set the drying time.

11. The humidity can be adjusted in the range of 30%-50%, and MO2 works according to the new parameters.

Common Troubleshooting

If the product encounters the following problems during use, please try to troubleshoot according to the methods in the table below. If the fault persists, please contact us.

connected to the socket and check if the fuse is blown
The display is garbled/ incomplete| Poor contact or bad display| Shut down and restart, if the problem still and you need to replace the display
ER1| Abnormal temperature detection| Check whether the temperature sensor connection is good
ER2| Abnormal PTC heating fan| Check if the fan does not rotate or is stuck by a foreign object
ER3| Abnormal air supply fan| Check if the fan does not rotate or is stuck by a foreign object

After sales service:

1. If the product fails under normal operation as shown in this manual, it is warranted for one year.
2. During the warranty period, if the machine is damaged due to the use of power cords of different specifications or incorrect operation accord- ing to the instructions, the warranty service will not be provided.
